It was smooth sailing until I got about 50 miles from Omaha after putting in over 400 miles from Toledo, while all of a sudden I couldn't go more than 50mph on the flats and 35 on the hills and it started running really rough. I pulled over to let the rig rest for a bit and tried again with the same issue. Was thinking bad gas or something up with the tranny but was able to "limp" the rest of the way and arrived at my destination for the next few days. Didn't want to make the rest of the trip in that condition so I checked my Van Alert app and found ACE... so glad I did! I was amazed that Mike and his team made me and my bus a priority to get us back running on the road again over his other customers... apparently that's a policy of theirs that I haven't seen before at any other shop! Pete took it for a test drive and correctly diagnosed the issue to be a faulty O2 sensor and we were back on the road again before the end of the day! Thanks also to August who greeted me and got the ball rolling and Hope was helpful as well. Great bunch of friendly, good hearted, trustworthy folks at ACE and I highly recommend them if you're having issues with anything Vdub in the Omaha area! Craig '88 sage green Westy

We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. I trusted them to tell me what I needed and they helped me understand what wasn't urgent but what I maybe needed to expect to do in the coming months. There was some phone tag on my end, so that timeline could be shifted up by an hr or so each step of the way. The car drives like it used to, which for me, means that now all I hear is actual tire noise at highway speeds. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
