We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. He not only very quickly and inexpensively dismantled it in a hotel parking lot he made it so we were able to drive the 6+ hours home without a worry. I then took the car to my normal mechanic and my breaks are completely fine. The employee at jiffy lube went out of his way to show me the tool he used to measure and told his coworker "it's less than 1mm!" With a shocked look on his face. They also tried to upsell me on an engine filter replacement that had been replaced semi recently. Overall oil change was fine and fast. Just always get a second opinion. The service techs were super friendly and helpful. They weren't able to fit me in right then, but they did fill my tire completely, and I came back later that evening and they patched it for free! Now I feel safer on the road and know if something comes up again, I can go there.
