We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. He not only very quickly and inexpensively dismantled it in a hotel parking lot he made it so we were able to drive the 6+ hours home without a worry. I went to a Quick Lube to get an oil change and quick the lube and I discovered they never lifted my vehicle up in the air to do a thorough inspection. I then had a starting issue so I took my vehicle into another repair shop. After a couple hours they called me and I took the conversation as, it's going to cost $1,200 to fix your vehicle, do you want to do it? The reason my vehicle wouldn't start was because of the battery, however, they did tell me that it needed a lot of other work. I wish they would have educated me on what is needed and why its needed. I was referred to Mark and his staff because of this bad experience. Mark did a thorough inspection and then explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle and what it would take to get it back to new condition. We sat down and set a plan that fit my needs. That is what every auto shop should do if they want to get and retain customers.

After over a week the shop finally returned my call 15 min prior to closing to tell me the van was ready on a Fri and they could take my credit car over the phone and leave the keys in the vehicle for me to pick up. I should have know something was up at this point, but agreed. I arrived two min after closing and nobody was would answer the phone or door. I tried to drive the vehicle and made it only one block with something very wrong with the van. A returned to find the manager Dave slipping out the side door saying he was in a hurry for a doctor appointment. I left the vehicle there for the weekend but received no call. I finally spoke with the owner telling him something was wrong with the car and he said he would speak with the mechanics. Two days later he called telling me the car came in that way! I said "you drove it onto the rack so it must have been working so I'll come down and if you can drive it on the rack I'll drop my complaint." "No, I'm not interested in that" was his response. I spoke with him again when I meet the a tow truck drive at the shop to have it towed to another shop to repair the clutch one of their mechanics had damaged. At this point he accused me of "trying to get a new clutch from us". How did I drive it in if the clutch was bad? I had it repaired at considerable expense from a VW dealer who said someone had burnt out the relatively new clutch and damaged the linkage! I've never experience such a display of incompetence and arrogance that borders on the edge if criminal in my life. I would advise everyone to avoid the suspension shop since they will damage your vehicle then deny it.

Paid to get my car Towed my car here on Thursday being told this. "yes sir , you can bring it today…read more, we actually have a spot available just for you today , we just didnt want it to get taken by tomorrow so we made sure we had it ready for you , can you come in any time today until 6 pm" Then on Friday I get told this "hey , ,i just wanted to inform you that due to today being a really busy day for us , the timing chain still needs to be worked on , can i call you tomorrow to let you know the updates and if we can finish the job since we were backed up for just one day , i was goin to ask if we can have it till monday so we can ensure this job gets done correctly with no rush ? Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. But that was disregarded and started any way. Highly unprofessional place and strongly don't recommend bringing your car here if you love or care for your car. I have been lied to and disrespected. This can be you as well. If anyone has doubts or questions, I have everything documented
