So anything built before 1970 should be okay. Thier vendor who tells them how to program new computer based parts takes 5 days to help them. Day 1 it took them all day to start looking at my car. Day 2 & 3 was the weekend. They aren't open. Day 4 my part didn't arrive until the afternoon delivery. Well I'm not surprised, if you don't order a part until after 4 pm, you aren't going to make the morning delivery. Assuming they actually order the part before they left on Friday. Day 5 they are in line to be helped program the part. But the vendor had a lot of their employees quit. But I was on the list... Day 6 I'm still on the vendor's list but they haven't been called yet. Day 7 the got hold of another vendor and they will there some time this afternoon. I guess the vendor they waited 3 days to call is actually able to do their job. They got it done in less than 1 day. Terry's customer service is as bad as their vendor's. I had to call to get updates on the status of my car. Then it was Ford's fault... Then I should be happy because my car IS fixed. Of course it's fixed I didn't take it to the shop to drive it home with the same problem!

After waiting, the worker finally returned--not only with my car but also with multiple bags of fast food for himself and his coworkers. It was infuriating to see that he had stopped for fast food while using my vehicle. To make matters worse, he casually remarked about how comfortable the ride was. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers' property and time.

I was pretty nervous to go to this guy due to seeing a lot of the bad reviews. After getting it in finally he called me several times to update me on what was going on with my car (very appreciated). He has answered all my calls and questions (which have been a lot) with out getting upset or frustrated. I saw a comment that said all the good reviews were his friend and to not believe them. I am not one of this guys friends and so far I have no complaints. I have read all of the reviews and in the case that I could have had the same situation (like my card not going through on their end and them wanting me to bring my own oil) seemed to have been resolved. He did not ask me to bring in my own oil and is now only taking cash or check, I'm guessing due to card reader errors. As of now I definitely recommend this place. Prices have been great too. He has not tried to take advantage of me (I am female) but I also have a big scary aunt who knows a lot about cars. In need of a mechanic. This guy is pretty good.

First of all the positive!…read more Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the BMW Genius that I worked with was especially good. I am disappointed that they "take 20 days" to pay off my old car. They have had my old car listed on their site for a week while I am still paying interest on the new and old loan. They snail mailed a check to my bank ( Why was this not overnighted ) which is taking an excessive amount of time. I feel like I'm paying their floor plan costs so they can hopefully sell my old car while I still hold the note. The next thing I was disappointed in was the confusion on which part of the dealership I was supposed to go to. I did look at the certified pre owned BMW but I was also looking at what I thought was a brand new BMW ( Turns out it was mislabeled on the website as a new car with 0 miles ). When I arrived I was quickly moved over to the Mini dealership. I ultimately ended up purchasing a new BMW but the shuffling between the Mini and BMW side didn't make me feel like I was getting the premium experience they advertise on all the Facebook ads I see. I'm not sure why they don't do ALL BMWs ( used and new ) on the BMW side. This review has no bearing on the people I worked with but more dealership policies that caused confusion and the excessive amount of time to pay off my old car WHILE they are trying to sell it.

It turned out there was a problem with a part that was recalled and he explained exactly what it was. He told me that although I didn't want to go to a dealer, that would be my best bet because they will likely fix it for free. He also didn't charge me for diagnosing the problem. He was extremely kind and honest, I feel so much better knowing exactly what the problem is and that I won't be dragged along when I take it to the dealer. I will definitely bring my car back to him in the event I need repairs in the future.
