Was referred to by a friend. I pulled in and met with Shannon. I explained my problem. He asked my some questions regarding what it was doing and how often it was happening. After leaving my car with him for the day. he reached and explained what the issue was, quoted me a price and timeframe to complete the work. he emphasized the importance of the work and sounded genuine when he explained it. he put the repairs into words that I could understand because I AM NOT a car guy at all. I love to be impressed by great service and quality. Car Tech was all that and more. Here is my story. New to Omaha. Needed 75k tuneup and brakes looked at. Looked online, found Car Tech. Called and Carrie Ann got me in right away. In at 11am, called me at 12 with diagnosis and pricing and said what was going on the with my brakes. Fixed by EOD. And held my car overnight indoors until I could get there the next day. But the extra was they got my old license plate off with horribly stuck/rusted screws PLUS fixed an issue with the side of my car without charging me. I don't know how, but the mechanics here know how to do everything. They're super reliable and will get you in quickly and have your car running like new by the end of the day. I had some pretty bad suspension issues and they fixed the front and back end in a matter of 2 days, and charged about 2k less than I was quoted at Jensen and the Lexus dealership.
