These dumb shits left my daughter's oil filter loose. There was oil all over my driveway and all over the street all the way up the block. Told her to take it back Same jiffy lube told her it was her oil pan that started leaking. So we lined up another mechanic to bring it to install a new oil pan gasket Other mechanic said who did the oil? It was the oil filter the whole time. What kind of quality is that coming from an oil change company? These guys have no clue what they are doing and need to do better than this! I have been using jiffy lube specifically 132nd and Millard Ave location. I have always been in and out pretty quick. They don't push additional services on you. You also get a thorough vehicle inspection. There is always a coupon available on their website. I have found this place to be more affordable than others. I took my wife's Chevy Traverse to get the oil changed. The service was good and prompt. We were on our way to Chicago shortly after this. I parked the car in the driveway and packed our bags in the back. As my wife pulled out to go get the kids, I noticed 4 large drops of oil on my driveway - about the size of a silver dollar. I called them and talked to the tech that did the service and he said it was probably the oil filter oil residue. Usually, they clean that off after the service but he said he may not have cleaned it enough. I'll have to check oil levels when we stop for a break to be sure it's not leaking anywhere.... Paid 56.00 dollars for the signature oil change. They don't even check your tire pressure. I just don't feel like they provide enough value for what they charge. The staff was polite and professional. I think I am done with Jiffy Lube at this point. read more

I drove up to get my usual oil change. The service was "less then inspiring" and borderline rude. Clearly, these people hate their jobs and it shows. I felt like a bother asking them to change my oil. Shaun, however, was very helpful and courteous. Update...I was contacted by Jiffy Lube and they were very polite and apologetic. So impressed! This is my third visit to this location over the course of a year and each time the customer service has been outstanding. On this visit I was very impressed with their ethics! I was immediately greeted at my car when I pulled up. My husband did the last oil change and just told me to get it done this week. I wasn't sure of the information on the vehicle(what phone number it was under,how many miles since last change, what type of oil...). The staff was very understanding. All I knew is that it had been serviced at another Jiffy Lube location and I knew the general time frame it had been done. The technician was very pleasant and said no problem, when most people would have made me feel like even more of an idiot! They looked up the information and called me to confirm the details (I took my 2 crabby young kids to lunch) It turns out that I wasn't even due for a change!! It had only been slightly over 1000 miles. They reset the change oil light(that wasn't done by the previous oil change), topped off all fluids, checked filters, filled my low tire, all for no change. When they could have charged me and I wouldn't have known any different. They even brought the keys to me and dropped of the vehicle with me about a block away where we were eating lunch!! And, they didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing any better! Talk about great ethics and great customer service. They have a loyal customer for life! read more

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube several times over the past few years. I usually go on weekday evenings when they are not busy, so I have never been greeted at my car. I always park in front of an empty bay and then go inside to find an employee to hand my key off to. Tonight I did the same thing I always do and the employee, who was working with another customer, told me to move my car to the bay that already had a car in it. He was very short and didn't give me anymore instruction besides just move my car. I moved it, then went back inside. That was also apparently wrong, so he condescendingly told me that I was to wait outside by my car and have the window rolled down and the key in the ignition. He could have told me all that when he told me to move my car. There could be a sign posted outside with instructions regarding the preferred way to give my business to Jiffy Lube. Or he could have just been kind and friendly instead of speaking to me like I am a complete idiot. I ended up leaving without having my oil and transmission fluid changed. I gave them 2 stars for my previous experiences there, but none for today. read more

I use to like this location. Always friendly and fast. It had been a while but I went back to this jiffy lube and literally left. There seems to be new staff, I didn't recognize anyone. I was told it was going to be a 40 minute wait and then asked if I still wanted to wait by a grumpy man. I said that was fine. When I followed him inside, he said to his co-worker in an angry voice, "you have got to be kidding me!!". I sat in the waiting room for 2 minutes listening to that man yell and then I got up and left. I've never had negative and rude service like this. I like jiffy lube but I will not be back to this location. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had used this location before and had ok service but today was unacceptable. I got there at 8am. 2 cars were infront of me, one in each of the 2 bays open. I was parked if front of gargae door so I would be next when other was done. After 40 min, I looked over to see two different vehciles geting their oil changed. They moved my car to the back of the lot for some reason and forgot. So those that came after me got in first. I walked out and one of the guys quickly walked out to remove their plastic not saying a word. So, I figured he knew. I will never use any Jiffy Lube again. This was the Millard location. read more
