I went here for an oil change and tire rotation. They had a $20 off special that made it around $80 for synthetic oil. I have to say they were awesome. They had the car done in about 45 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. I also liked the quality of service for the price. I had checked out some other options in the area and they were around $100 without the tire rotation. I will definitely be back for my next one. read more

This place is great if you want to be incredibly frustrated, ripped off, and confused. Brought my car there because it was shaking when going 45 mph, they told me I needed an inner and outer tie rod on the passenger side then, an hour later told me it was also due to one of my tires but they were sure which so they recommended I get ALL FOUR replaced which I told them was absolutely ridiculous and thats a no. They found out it was just one tire so I gave the ok to fix the tire & inner/outer tie rods. Picked it up the next day and they had pushed the driver seat so far back that it broke my infants $500 carseat in the back seat. A couple days later, my car started pulling to the right really bad. I brought it back to the shop because they were suppose to have already done it when they replaced the tie rods and now they're telling me they couldn't properly align it because the inner and outer tie rods on the opposite side need to be replaced now? No. This place is a giant scam and absolute crap of a job. Do NOT recommend. read more

Took my car in to see if the oil pan or gasket needed replaced and was told it was the gasket. Payed 375 for it to be replaced and left with the car seemingly fixed however after about an hour i noticed it had been leaking again. I called and came back to drop it off a second time which they had correctly fixed the gasket this time though had an exhaust leak due to there supposedly being "no flange" despite me driving it to the shop with one so had to order an exhaust manifold flange and took it to them again, this time they fixed the sound.Though when i got home i noticed a burning smell and looked underneath to see the undercarriage cover was zip tied on despite me dropping it off with it attached properly. The attempt at sealing it was half assed. read more

I thought that this was going to take a couple of hours to install, and it was done within 30 minutes! I had an unknown problem with my exhaust(loud) and due to a busy schedule I was having a hard time getting it to figure out what it was and how much it was going to cost. I was thinking that maybe I should check Midas because of their muffler expertise. Called the first one that came up on Google and even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon, I was fortunate to talk to Brent store manager) and he said to come on in at 330p and they would check it out. I didn't realize that they were only open to 430p. I got there, he and Garret their expert technician got it in the air, found the problem, gave me an very fair price quote, ordered the parts necessary from NAPA (had to retrieve the part from their distribution center clear across town and as I watched in amazement they had me back on the road by 450p!! I was amazed at their customer service and hard work! I also found out that they also have a large menu of services beyond mufflers and exhaust, including tires. I highly recommend Brent and his technicians for honest, expert work give them a call! read more

Went here for an oil change on the wife's car, they were running a promo for free tire rotation w an oil change, was told my tire had a nail in it and could not be repaired. Told the manager that it was a short sheet metal screw that had not broke through inner part of the tire, he assured me that they checked and it was leaking air so they didn't want to rotate the tires because he was afraid the tire would go down on the way home. got the car home soap bubble the tire and no leak pulled the screw out and no leak. Probably would not go here again. Didn't even reset my oil percentage indicator. read more

My 19 year old son got his front brakes done last week. The day after he got them done I found a coupon that I had saved and forgot about for $50 off brakes. This place has become such a disappointment. I have been going there for 15 yrs because I was confidant in the work they did. They were friendly and understanding. I've noticed some long term employees no longer work there. Recently I had $2000 in brake repairs. And have had to go back because there were still issues. The front counter rep has been incredibly rude multiple times. They "worked" on my car again and still they squeak. Rude ppl and poor work. I will never go back. read more

I've had better experiences, but they're beginning to "find" too many issues with my vehicle. I go in for an oil change, I don't need to be told every 5000 miles that my brake fluid smells burnt, and that the cooling system needs to be flushed. I am not a mechanic by any means, but I know what goes on with my vehicles, I always follow a visit up by going through all processes with the mechanic. (something Midas doesn't appreciate me doing) I thought I could save money by going here, instead of the dealership, I was disappointed to say the least. 1.) I know the brake fluid is fine, it was flushed at the dealership the month prior. 2.) the cooling system is fine. It has been flushed as well, keep in mind, this was a dealership maintained vehicle. 3.) If I walk in and say I only need an oil change, nothing else, then please do not offer all these other services. I am a busy person, and I know you guys are as well, and are following a training model, but seriously, I was in there 4-5 times, if I say only oil, then only do oil! As for the store itself, it's clean overall, magazines and a TV are nice to have in the lobby, and the staff themselves are very thorough to say the least. I may still use you in the future, but I was put off by these last few experiences. read more

I called these guys after my car broke down on a Saturday. They were one of the few repair shops open past 1. They were super helpful and said they would try their hardest to get my car in and look at it before they closed at 430. The tow got me there at 3PM. Not only did Midas diagnose my car, but they states past their closing time to make sure their repairs worked and even did a test drive for me. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. They knew I am a single parent and needed my car and did everything they could to get me back up and running. In addition, the place was super clean, had a children's area, and all the staff were extremely knowledgeable and kind. They have gotten themselves a regular! read more

Called the first of July to schedule an appointment for an estimate on new brakes. Was scheduled for 4 pm on the Monday following the 4th. I show up at my scheduled time on the scheduled day only to find that I "didn't have an appointment scheduled. " Conveniently all my information was in the computer, mind you I have never been to Midas before. The only way they had my information was when I gave it to them when I called to SCHEDULE the appointment. I even had the paper that I wrote their information on with my appointment date and time. Was told sorry, who ever took my information must have forgotten to put the appointment in the system and could I come back tomorrow! I don't have time to schedule additional appointments due to people not doing their job. The purpose of me calling days ahead to schedule an appointment was to get in when I had time!!!! Because of this Midas will never get my business. read more
