Justin took care of us over the phone and hooked us up on a great deal for my son's car and to get my Jeep Wrangler windows tinted as well. We were dropping his car off one day, picking his car up later that day, and dropping my jeep off on the same day for all the services . They even stood by and replaced one part of my window in the tent that was bubbled. Everyone that we talked with were super friendly and provided great customer service. I've never had a worse experience. Those people are super rude and have no respect for costumers what so ever. They set up and appointment for me to do lift kit adjustments on my car, I had to get the car towed from Lincoln to Omaha just for them to tell me "I'm not in the system for an appointment" all they kept saying is "we have 4 people that usually answer then phone" so they don't know who I spoke to! What a waste of money an time. And then the person that "runs the place" as he kept mentioning none stop was so rude for no reason and kept saying there's nothing we can do for you sir and kept trying to end the call! (1 of 2 parts) Worst experience I've ever had in the state of Nebraska! I went in and scheduled an appointment and was informed they could take care of it on a Saturday no problem, as I was currently working out of state and back only during the weekends. I called back the following Friday to confirm my appointment was ready for Saturday, but was told that due to the holiday, (Labor day) that shipment got delayed. Not a problem, we agreed to just move it to the next Saturday. So I called again on Thursday and again on Friday make sure we were good to go. Left a message both times, yet no return calls. So got up Saturday morning and called again, still only getting voicemail. So I drive up to the location to find out what was going on a I didn't want to miss my appointment. Upon arrival, I was told by a different employee the part for my truck was never ordered and it would take 2-4 weeks due to back orders. He also stated that he doesn't know why I was there on a Saturday as they don't do that kind of work on Saturdays because the technicians that do, are usually off on Saturdays? I also mentioned that I called the employee that set this up, but he returned none of my phone calls eventhou I left voicemail. He found that my phone number was entered wrong in the computer. He put the correct number in and he did go through to the back of the building and noted that he found another part in stock that would work, and scheduled me for the following Saturday assuringme that he would hand someone there to get it done. He said he would get it all set up and that i would need to be there by 9am because it would take most of the day. I showed up and the 1st guy I dealt with the previous 2 weeks was working. He looked surprised when I told him i was there for my appointment and told me no one was scheduled to do the work today and that he knew nothing about the appointment. I asked him to call the other guy that worked the previous Saturday to find out what was going on? He said he still wouldn't be able to get anyone to do the work. And that yes they normally don't do work on Saturday, but "he was doing me a favor". I replied, I didn't ask for a favor, I asked if you could do it on a Saturday and you said yes! Then he proceeded to tell me how it was going to cost him money because he would have to pay a technician overtime to do the work on that day. I said I understand that, but you could have told me you only did the work Monday thru Friday. And besides that, why didn't you just call me back instead of me having to come up here every weekend only to be given excuses. He claimed he called me back, and I said no sir you didn't, you have never called me back as I left several voicemails. And you must have the wrong number because it was wrong in the computer last Saturday. He then proceeded to read me back my phone number from his cell phone. (Still wondering... if you had my correct number in your cell, why didn't you call me back for the last 2 weeks?) I told him that the lack of communication within his company bothers me and that maybe I should take my business else where now that I've made another wasted trip to get this done. He assured me it would get done, and I stated that I couldn't be here the following Saturday as I already had plans so it would be another 2 weeks. He said that was fine as he would wanted to be the one there when it was done to make sure it would be serviced by his best tech who was faster than the other 2. So we scheduled it for Sat. October 9th. I stated, and you still have the part in stock? He confirmed that it would be the one with the dual motors that was in stock already. (I remembered this because he also brought up that this past was more expensive than the one that was suppose to be ordered originally. (Now I'm thinking, if you knew nothing about the appointment, how did you know that we switched to the dual motors from the single motors if no one told you?) So we left it at that, and he said to call the week of to confirm everything was good. Wednesday October 6th, called his cell, left message in the morning. No call returned, called again after 3pm. Got voicemail, called the office, a lady transferred me up front, it ramble 3 times went to voicemail. Called back 2 times, got sent to front desk and immediately to voicemail again. (Finally I get a text message from him stating, he had a tech scheduled and that I never called to confirm) What? So I called back, he answered this time. I inquired what was he talking about on his text and why he couldn't again, just pick up the phone and call me back after I left a message this morning? He said he had been too busy all day to call as he was with customer until now. I said we agreed for October 9th on Saturday. He argued stating that my appointment was this past Saturday and that I didn't show up. I said it was supposed to be this coming Saturday, and that I was suppose to call to confirm which is what I'm doing now. (See part 2) read more

I heard about this company through Yelp. They had a couple favorable reviews so I decided to try them out. I wanted to get my finance's windows tinted for her birthday, so I called on Monday morning and they let me pick pretty much any time I wanted, so I chose the following morning. They were very friendly and seemed excited to help me out. The location is interesting, its sort of by a storage area. I had to drive around a bit before I could find it. There aren't any big signs pointing to it, except for a small string of text on the storage area's sign. We were greeted warmly by a staff member who already knew my name. He asked what kind of tint we wanted and then we dropped the car off and headed to the waiting area. It took about an hour and a half in all. After it was finished we paid them and they filled us in on the lifetime warranty policy (which is awesome). I was amazed when I saw the car, the windows looked flawless. We would definitely recommend Autographix for window tinting, they were fantastic! read more

I wanted to get my mom a remote start for Christmas and Roger was recommended by a local auto dealer. I am disabled and unable to drive so I had to do it via phone. I call Roger Monday the 17th, he assures me he will take care of me and has girl in office call and do sale and credit card info and she says she will mail a receipt and gift certificate to me and will have it by Wednesday. On Friday I still hadn't received it, although my card was charged Monday so I call Roger, he offers no solution and I say well I will see if it comes over weekend I will call you on Monday, he says no problem we'll take care of you. Monday still no gift certificate, so I call Roger. He says sorry I can't do anything today we are closed (I had his mobile number) but don't worry we will take care of you. I explain I have no gift for my Mom, and you have no solution to fix this. He offers to meet me at the shop, again I don't drive, so not an option. I would think you could scan and email a gift certificate or something so I had a gift to give but he acted lost and dumbfounded at the situation. I am sure they do quality work, but their customer service is horrible. There are 100 companies out there that can put in a remote start, I will have to find one that will help the customer not just act confused when a mix up happens. He then tells me how rude of a customer I am for "bothering" him on Christmas Eve and do "what I have to do" because he hasn't even worked on my car. Just had two vehicles windows tinted. I call on Tuesday; was told to bring them in tomorrow! My 2015 GMC Sierra took 30 minutes (as stated) and 2015 BMW was done by lunch! Excellent job all around, VERY nice and EASY to work with!!! I asked about getting a couple of factory 4X4 decals removed and the tech and his manager took care of in less than 5 minutes!!! This was my fourth vehicle I had tinted by Autographix's and they all looked great and I have not had an issues with the film on the other cars (over 4 years old) Highly recommend them for your vehicles!!!!
