Great experience. What put Mike and Jamar over the top was their professional communication. There were slightly lower bids but not by much so I went with a team I felt I could trust to get everything done on time, properly, and without hassle. They were all that. I have been driving with a cracked windshield for 2 years or better. When I finally decided to get it fixed, I started by contacting the chain companies because I was in a hurry to get it replaced before I left on a long trip. This was hugely disappointing. Their sales reps were very "snakey" and kept upping the cost. So I changed directions and went local. (shoulda done that in the first place). Spoke with Mike and he was so genuine on the phone. However, their timing was about a week out and I needed it done sooner. After relaying that, Mike said he would do what he could to fit me in. Two days later, the team showed up and like a well-oiled machine got the job done. Both were super polite, professional yet down-to-earth. Plus we had some good laughs. I would recommend Dinges Auto Glass to anyone who needs work on their windshield because of their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Jamar and Michael were quick to respond to my request for a quote and all of my preliminary questions. Of the companies I requested quoted from they were the only ones that paid attention to what additional features I would need in my windshield (lane departure warning) and included that in their initial quote so there weren't any surprises. The day of service they made sure to let me know when they were on their way and when they were close to the house. I had my car parked out back and they recognized it from the pictures and parked in the right location.
