Absolutely the worst service I've ever had owner allowed the installer to yell at me they installed a windshield in my 77 corvette & there is urethane glue oozing out from the plastic trim inside the car and the passenger side window scrapes on metal when it rolls up the trim around the window sticks out a 1/2 inch on the top of windshield the owner said bring it back & they will make me happy so I dropped it off again & they did nothing to it very bad job & the car only has 13 thousand miles on it DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!!!! only reason 1 star because can't review with no stars read more

I had a bad knee surgery. I was going to physical therapy, water pool exercise. So I paid almost $400 for a one Way. I called over 6 times of my car starter not working. From 3 years. I haven't enjoyed the service. I paid for. I went back. They Did something to the antenna. But it's still not working right. I have to walk right up on the car. For it to start. That's ( not) what I paid for. I wanted to be warm,coming out the pool water. I feel , like I have go to Stereo West. To buy a remote car starter. I hear nothing. But good thing about their service. Omaha Glass Pro was great. We dropped off the truck in the morning and it was done about 4 hours later. They said they were behind as they were extremely busy. Makes me wonder what Omaha Glass Pros turn around time is on a slow day, if they have any. The price was pretty good. It was about $40 lower than any of the other places we received quotes from. They also must have voodoo magic. We thought we would have to get a replacement state park sticker, but they somehow got ours off and placed it on the new one. No clue how, but greatly appreciated. Stopped in to see about having a fob checked out and the guy behind the counter asked us what we wanted and we told him that we had them install our remote started and the fob was not working anymore. His respond was that he a lot more projects going on to be bothered with the that right now and walked away. So after a few minutes another gentleman stopped to ask us what he could do for us, we told him and he was telling us some things and that first guy turned to him and told him that they had other projects to do and just leave us alone. Decided to get my new jeep tinted and they charged me way too much for only the front windows and the tint looks poor. The owner tried to gaslight me when I called him to say the tint looks like crap. "What are you even talking about" rather than taking responsibility or asking to see the problem. They decided to take my car for a spin while they had it (absolutely tripping) and the tint is low quality with water marks and sediment deposits from the water they use. I'd imagine with how much they're charging they would use distilled water. Not only that, they didn't install my rear view mirror properly. Seems they don't know quality. The worst Customer Service imaginable. I will never return or suggest anyone do business there. A girlfriend of mine made an appointment to have a remote starter installed and dropped the vehicle off at 6:45 AM. I was there to pick her up and when the employee (seemed to be the manager, but with such a poor attitude, I couldn't be sure) asked when she wanted to pick it up he was told 3:30 PM. He stated that was fine and took her contact phone number. No contact was ever made and upon going to pick the vehicle up at 3:30 PM they hadn't even started. The same employee was rude and tried to blame being short staffed. I immediately told him that does not excuse the fact that they never called. He made it seem like they were not at fault. I asked for the vehicle to be brought to us with no work done and that we will take our business elsewhere. read more
