Rock chip in windshield. Stopped by without an appointment, charge was $25, and was in and out in 20 minutes. Repair is great. Be warned: Safelite wanted $165 for a simple repair, couldn't get me in for 4 days, and wanted to keep my car ALL DAY. read more

They did a great job and super fast and easy process!! They replaced my windshield and did a great job!

My wife's truck had a rock that hit our windshield. After looking at various businesses in the area. I decided to give them a chance to do the repairs. I called and they said they did walk-in and I could come in today. They said that it would have the truck ready in 30 minutes. They had the chip repaired and ready to go in the 30 minutes. The staff was very happy and respectful to everyone who came in while I was waiting for my truck. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the need for this service. read more

I have had them replace many windshields and install remote start in mine and families vehicles. They have always been awesome. I always have older vehicles and a new windshield at such an affordable price is a go to. This time I had heated seats installed as well. I asked for new foam and upholstery as well. Amelia, Amanda and Bob went way way above and beyond to make this happen after a complication on my end. Especially Amelia! I recommend this company and staff completely. They are always awesome!!!!!!! read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had owner allowed the installer to yell at me they installed a windshield in my 77 corvette & there is urethane glue oozing out from the plastic trim inside the car and the passenger side window scrapes on metal when it rolls up the trim around the window sticks out a 1/2 inch on the top of windshield the owner said bring it back & they will make me happy so I dropped it off again & they did nothing to it very bad job & the car only has 13 thousand miles on it DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!!!! only reason 1 star because can't review with no stars read more

Have used this place a couple times, and they're exactly what they claim to be...quick, convenient and affordable. They don't seem to pull any punches or upsale. Used them for a windshield replacement, and that includes one free chip repair, which I took advantage of. I stopped in for my chip repair and was done within 45 minutes. They also looked at some vibration issues I had with the original installation and promptly fixed it. Overall, 5 stars! read more

Yes!! Drove in from AZ with a pitted windshield that was starting to crack, don't have the windshield insurance for some stupid reason, but these guys appreciated my business, and got me in as quick as they could as I was just passing through. A lot of young people working - a couple sharp - others not so much. Tech left muddy boot prints on the door sill and on the carpet. Kind of felt like a lack of respect. read more

Great service and fair priced. Schedule what you want done as they are busy. I'll keep coming back.

Omaha Glass Pro was great. We dropped off the truck in the morning and it was done about 4 hours later. They said they were behind as they were extremely busy. Makes me wonder what Omaha Glass Pros turn around time is on a slow day, if they have any. The price was pretty good. It was about $40 lower than any of the other places we received quotes from. They also must have voodoo magic. We thought we would have to get a replacement state park sticker, but they somehow got ours off and placed it on the new one. No clue how, but greatly appreciated. We would recommend them highly. Going back to get our other cars chip fixed and possibly tented. read more

I set an appointment date and went in on the date and they explained to me different options of tint I could get because I was unsure of what percentage I wanted and then I was able to make a choice and they did it with no problem. I left my car there and they called me a few hours later to let me know it was finished. Good experience read more

Terrible service and owners. A person's shop vehicle got stolen due to negligence (leaving the car unlocked overnight) of Omaha Glass Pro's employees. When asked if they would be filing insurance for it, Darrell sent a personal message from his Facebook account to the woman whose vehicle was stolen. If you want to take your business to this kind of person, feel free, but if I were you I'd support literally ANYONE else. See screenshots for the *nice* things he had to say. read more

Stopped in to see about having a fob checked out and the guy behind the counter asked us what we wanted and we told him that we had them install our remote started and the fob was not working anymore. His respond was that he a lot more projects going on to be bothered with the that right now and walked away. So after a few minutes another gentleman stopped to ask us what he could do for us, we told him and he was telling us some things and that first guy turned to him and told him that they had other projects to do and just leave us alone. The gentleman told him to chill out and continued telling us some information. I am sorry, but that first guy was so rude that I will never take my car there for anything ever again. read more

Decided to get my new jeep tinted and they charged me way too much for only the front windows and the tint looks poor. The owner tried to gaslight me when I called him to say the tint looks like crap. "What are you even talking about" rather than taking responsibility or asking to see the problem. They decided to take my car for a spin while they had it (absolutely tripping) and the tint is low quality with water marks and sediment deposits from the water they use. I'd imagine with how much they're charging they would use distilled water. Not only that, they didn't install my rear view mirror properly. Seems they don't know quality. Go somewhere else and expect to pay less for better quality. read more

Had my window chip repair done twice now by these magical wizards the first time it showed, but it never continued to spread! The second time I came in with a bigger chip idk how but it's not visible anymore! I bought two certificates for window tint from the Great American Radio auction and got the front doors and windshield visors tinted on my two vehicles. Went in over my lunch hour to fix multiple rock chips in my new pickup windshield. They took it back right away despite being busy. The worst Customer Service imaginable. I will never return or suggest anyone do business there. A girlfriend of mine made an appointment to have a remote starter installed and dropped the vehicle off at 6:45 AM. I was there to pick her up and when the employee (seemed to be the manager, but with such a poor attitude, I couldn't be sure) asked when she wanted to pick it up he was told 3:30 PM. He stated that was fine and took her contact phone number. No contact was ever made and upon going to pick the vehicle up at 3:30 PM they hadn't even started. The same employee was rude and tried to blame being short staffed. I immediately told him that does not excuse the fact that they never called. He made it seem like they were not at fault. I asked for the vehicle to be brought to us with no work done and that we will take our business elsewhere. read more
