They came out and cleared the track of debris. Within 3 days, it was not working again, so they came back out and "reset the control". I was SHOCKED to receive TWO invoices for service calls, when clearly the root problem was not addressed the first time. It would seem that if the door was not working w/in a couple days of it being "fixed", it was not properly "fixed" the first time. Very disappointed in the customer service this loyal customer was provided. I will not be calling them again to service either of my stores.

They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work. I did call and talk with John who sits at the front desk to explain my frustrations and he brushed me off, so, See you later; I'll never be back.
