Took my ten year-old Honda Civic for an interior detailing. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The rates were super reasonable, and I was blown away at the end product. The interior looks like new. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to keep their car looking like it came off the lot. read more

Carlos is the man. He was super responsive to my questions, has great availability (I'm not sure why, because he does such a great job), really fast turnaround time, and super great pricing. I have a big, hairy, slobbery dog that I used to take to doggy day care every day, so ever since COVID and working from home, I haven't touched the inside of my car because I barely use it up until now. His hair and drool basically acted like superglue to my interior. Carlos made my car look almost brand new. He did the outside as well, and the only thing to point out is that my license plate is still dusty, but that's because of my license plate cover. This isn't anything that Carlos missed. Will 100% be coming back. read more

Services: window tint, paint correction and ceramic coating on black truck. Carlos, the owner, is a good guy. Returned phone calls and text messages promptly. Seemed knowledgeable on window tinting and paint correction. Window tinting seemed to be done well. No issues, but will update review if that changes. Paint correction and ceramic coating was a different story. While discussing window tinting, we were convinced to let them correct the paint and do a ceramic top coat for a reasonable price (red flag 1). The black truck, like most black vehicles, had some scratches from car washes and neglect, but we were assured those would disappear with clay, cutting, and polishing. There were a few deeper scratches that would not be correctable, and we understood. There were also a few rock chips that would be touched up. We picked up the finished truck in the evening in low light. It looked fantastic. The areas that needed to be touched up were not done (red flag 2). However, the shop explained that they didn't think it would look good so they skipped it. With the rest of the truck looking great, I excepted the explanation. I was so impressed that I tipped an extra $100. We arrived home and parked the truck in the garage. Instant regret. Our garage is very well lit and the spider webs and scratches were very apparent. To be honest, it seemed worse than when we took it in. I sent the shop pictures and they responded with a request to bring it back in the morning. Sunrise proved to be even more disappointing. In daylight, the full result was evident. Scratches, maring, and haze were everywhere. Before heading back to the shop, I stopped at a well respected Auto Spa for a professional second option (should have just used them in the first place). Their response: "this was a hack job". The paint correction was subpar and the ceramic coating seemed to be low quality. They didn't see the truck before it was done, but suggested that the scratches were introduced by someone that does not know how to use a buffer. The pro can correct the failed correction. In other words, even if they did not introduce the scratches, they should have been removed by a standard paint correction process if it was done right. Carlos offed to fix the issue with wet sanding. Given the previous result, there was no way I would trust an even more aggressive correction. In their defense, he did refund my money and mentioned that this was not up to his usual standards. However, I am still left with a mess. In his words, "it might be scratched but at least it is shinny". Long story short, Carlos seems to be a good guy. I feel bad posting this review, but it's honest. Looking back, I should have been concerned when he could not tell me what ceramic product he used but that he got it from Amazon (red flag 3). Pictures attached. However, trying to get pictures of black car in sunlight is nearly impossible. The rest of the truck is as bad as the hood. PS- there are other reviews on here for black cars. Read them. read more

My truck isn't small by any means. It was filthy and was definitely in need of a wash and wax. Yelpers said this was the spot to go for an awesome experience. While the man can be tough to get a hold of, once you do, you will know why. This place is busy cranking out super high quality detail jobs at a really decent price. I will say that if you leave him a message or send him a text he always responds in a decent time frame. This is my go to place for detailing. read more

Used yelp to inquire about pricing for getting my Mazda detailed. Carlos messaged me in like 10 minutes. Called him and he told me I could bring it in today to get detailed. Great first impression. Dropped my car off for the day. Upon pickup it looked like it was brand new. Very impressed. I will definitely go back. Highly recommend. Carlos and his crew were straight forward and provided a great service. read more

Took my vehicle in for a full exterior detail because it had some chemicals on it and for them getting that off I would give 5 stars! The rest of the detail got 3 stars for what they said they would do. A black vehicle takes a little more attention to detail and it just wasn't there. I can see buff marks and swirls in the paint. All of the things a professional detailer shouldn't deliver to a customer. There's dirt under the mirrors and wax spray in several places. The attention to detail wasn't there and the level of detail for the price wasn't either. It was hard sending it somewhere for someone else to do it besides myself, but now I know. I'm not saying they did a bad job, but definitely not a great job. read more

Took our family car for detailing. My wife drives a GMC Yukon XL and we have 4 kids. The car was dirty. There was throw up, food, soda and who knows what all over it. The car has never been details or really Cleaned in the last 3 years. When I picked the car up, it looks like NEW. My wife loves the clean smell and how clean it is. Kinda Sad I need to let my kids ride in it. Great place. Friendly. I will be going back. read more

Carlos and crew fit us in for a full window tint with only a couple days notice. They offered to bring us to a park or mall while they worked and they were very welcoming. Their work was meticulous and they went over each window to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent customer service. I would definitely come here again. read more

Carlos did an excellent job cleaning my Mazda 3. It was long overdue for an interior cleaning and he more than delivered. He made the whole process extremely easy and was very professional. I had not detailed my car after 7 years of lots of traveling and only simple vacuums and wipe downs. Carlos made my car look like new and I'm so glad I brought it in! Pricing was very reasonable and the work was very thorough. read more

My daughter scraped the fender on her four month old Subaru. Body shops all insisted on a new part or repainting. I bought some touch up paint from Subaru and looked for a professional to apply it. I called several detail shops and no one replied. Yelp suggested Sunshine Auto Detail so I sent them a message and got an immediate reply. Carlos did a good job with the touch up and a great detail job on top of that. The price was fair. I'll definitely use these guys in the future. read more

This place is the best! It's small and you'll need to set up a reservation, but to quote Carlos the owner "We don't do quantity, we do quality". He's not lying. I took my dad's truck here as a father's day gift to him and what we got back looked like a brand new truck. He's a farmer who has NEVER cleaned his truck, so to make it look new is an accomplishment. My mom's reaction was "Holy S*&%"... she got a business card and quote before we left. Seriously, these guys are the best. Go here! read more

Sunshine Auto Detail - My dad's farm truck went from "dirt crusted garbage pile" to "Holy Crap, this looks brand new" in a day. This place rocks! - Auto Detailing Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

Got a used car for my daughter. Mechanically it was great but it was filthy on the inside. Filthy. These guys made the car look practically brand new! I'm not 100% sure what witchcraft they used, but the upholstery went from grimy to new looking. Detail work was also amazing. Can't recommend this business highly enough. I give them 10 star!! read more

As Lee stated, Carlos is the MAN! Our truck received over-spray from an NDOT project in the downtown and Carlos was recommended. His work was great and the surface is as smooth as a baby's ... He was great to work with and accommodated my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone. read more

Carlos was fantastic to work with. I have a 2013 vehicle that needed profession cleaning. Carlos immediately sent me a quote and advised me in the length of time needed to do the job completely. I had my car at his shop at 7 am and he and his crew were already hard at work. They hand polished my car so that the diamond paint shone!! The inside, including the tires, trunk, glove box were all cleaned to perfection! The leather interior hasn't looked this good since it was brand new. I've already recommended him to several friends as his service and the quality of his work is excellent. read more

First time getting our cars detailed and it was an amazing experience. My wife and I are so pleased with the results. Our cars haven't looked this clean since the day we drove them off the lot. We'd highly recommend Sunshine Auto for your detailing needs. Great communication throughout the experience and great prices. We wouldn't go anywhere else and we will be heading back when it's time for window tinting. read more

They did a fantastic job on our Outback, and it needed a lot of work (kids + dog). Will use them again when we need it.

Five years ago I purchased a minivan, when my kids were 2, 5 and 7 years old, we've had all kinds of adventures in the van, so you can imagine the state my minivan was in! Carlos was A. M. A. Z. I. N. G. I swear the van in cleaner then it was when we purchased it! There is not a crevice left untouched, he cleaned every little detail of the van! I will definitely be going back! I wanted to thank Sunshine Auto Detail for the excellent job that they did on my car! I have a silver ford focus, the seats were stained, and I thought that those stains would never come out! I took it but I doubted that they would be able to get the stains out! However, a couple hours later when I came to pick up the car, I was surprised! The car looked brand new! The cup holders were dirty and after the service they were excellent! The car body was stained on the bottom, the rims were extremely dirty, and all of that disappeared after the detail! Personally I would recommend for you to visit this place! The owner is a very helpful and nice person. He was always aware of my specifications and he met all of my expectations he even went above and beyond! I definitely think I will continue going here more frequently to keep my car nice and clean! read more
