Because of the sensors and technology in the vehicle, I was honestly hesitant about using Safelite. The out of pocket cost would have been around $4,000 to $5,000, so we ended up filing a claim through our insurance. Our technician, Juda, was excellent. He called early to let me know he was overbooked that morning when my appointment was scheduled, which I appreciated. Not long after that he called back and said he was on his way. The job ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than he initially estimated, but Juda was professional, informative, and clearly took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He worked hard to ensure the vehicle was back to normal and that all of the sensors and systems were functioning properly. I was genuinely concerned about having Safelite work on a higher end vehicle like an Audi Q7, but Juda did a fantastic job. Everything works perfectly and the installation looks great. Overall it was a very positive experience.

I opted to wait there while the car was being worked on - the facility I would say is "ok". Small space and not meant for too many people to hang around (though I can't comment on how many jobs they book at the same time)

I've emailed corporate and called multiple times…read more On 4/18 I dropped off my car for a windshield replacement and I was informed that the installation and calibration would take approximately three hours, which aligned with the actual wait time. However, the quality of the service did not meet my expectations. Upon picking up my vehicle after payment, I was disappointed to find several issues. Inside the car, the seat had been moved back, causing me to fall upon entry. The dashboard was covered in dirt and particles, presumably from the installation process. Additionally, there was an odd gap on the left side of the dash (the LEFT SIDE. Not the front seal). Externally, I observed multiple deep scratches and nicks in the paint around the windshield that were not present before the service. There was also a significant gap around the windshield, suggesting an improper fit (I had it checked out by another shop, it's confirmed to be crooked), along with gaps where the sealing should be attached, but isn't. Upon giving my interior observations to the windshield tech and your front desk staff, they both agreed that my dash just "looks like that" and did not attempt to give any customer service. The tech and the front desk staff walked back inside after telling me that "It's just how it looked". I told them "whatever" and got into my car. I called today 4/23 and The front desk woman has falsely stated that I "pushed away from them" and proceeded to allude that I'm lying about the damages and hung up on me when I called. She would not let me get any words in and kept telling me that the front seal "looks like that" and would not let me voice any of my concerns or take me seriously. I did not have a chance to discuss my exterior observations before being walked away from and when I did on the phone she kept focusing on the front seal and hung up on me. Do better.

Front counter checkin was friendly and quick. They have a way to do two way txt messages in order to keep you updated on your vehicle progress. The service i ended up having done was paintless dent repair from hail which also included replacing the metal trifold tonneau cover for my truck. They did an awesome job of removing all dents, did not make a mess of my interior which i keep my vehicle spotless so I would notice. The tonneau was the exact match and installed very well. Overall i will certainly bring my vehicles back here again for future work.

I got my windows tinted here today and all i can say is AMAZING!!! Originally i had scheduled an appointment with a different place and got really rude customer service. Almost everyone i talked to kept suggesting this company to me and as soon as i read the reviews i knew this is the place i wanted to tint my windows...i scheduled my appointment last minute and they were able to fit me in. Had to redo the first tint as it had air bubbles everywhere in the tint. They redid the tint for the second time more air bubbles than the first time that's when the scratches and dent occurred. They denied it of course. We took the car as we only had it two weeks and now it was damaged and we would not leave it there. Should have taken the car with the bad tint the first time at least it would not have scratches and dent also the car was filthy dirty when we took it as well. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy not good experience.
