During a…read moreprevious visit, they failed to rotate the tires, and I had been charged for the rotation (I always mark the tires to make sure they are moved). They said it was miscommunication between the service center and checkout that the fee wasn't removed. They did comp me the service and said they would correct the issue. Last month I brought it in again, stressing I would like the tires rotated with the oil change. After it got completed, I checked again, and the tires were not rotated, but I had been charged again for that service. I texted them to confirm they were rotated, and their notes from technician said they were rotated. I forwarded them pictures showing no visible sign the tires were moved, so they offered a 25 credit for my next service. I asked again why not a rotate, and then I was given the response about tire wear being less on the front, so they don't want to rotate worse tires to the front. Had that been the first response, it would have been more understandable. But this is a repeating issue of being charged for services not completed. My trust has been broken with this service center. I also recommend you mark your tires if using this location to ensure you are getting the service they are charging you for and not being a victim of "miscommunication" between the service center and billing area.

They're really fast so I just work from the lounge and enjoy the complimentary pop and snacks, and whatever daytime tv is on. Last visit I came in, and they suggested I get my brakes done. I got a quote, and then compared it with a few other brake places around town, and Woodhouse was the best price! Plus I had a coupon, so I feel great about my service. The salesperson told me they would send me a sales order so that we could proceed with the transaction. I relied on that representation and was waiting for the sales order. Instead of sending it as promised, the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else without giving me the opportunity to complete the purchase. I spoke to Cathy at 10:42 she said she would send me the sales order so I could send a deposit. At 12:01 after not hearing anything I called back and left another message for Cathy to call me back. After no return call i call back again at 1:39 and the receptionist told me Cathy had gone home sick. She told me Jack who had had spoke to the evening prior about the car would call me back. At 3:24 after no return call I called again and spoke to another gentleman he told me that Cathy had not gone home sick but that the car was sold to someone else that day. I understand that a dealership has the right to sell a vehicle. My problem is that I was specifically told that a sales order was being sent to me, which led me to believe we were proceeding with the transaction. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about relying on commitments made by this dealership unless you have everything in writing and have already placed a deposit.

1-Star Review - I Feel Completely Cheated by Omaha Mercedes-Benz…read more I never expected to write something like this about a Mercedes-Benz dealership, but Omaha Mercedes-Benz absolutely betrayed my trust. I paid $61,500 for a Sprinter van, believing I was purchasing a reliable Mercedes vehicle from a reputable dealer. Instead, I ended up with a van that was defective from the very first day. Even during the purchase, I should have noticed the red flags. The buying experience was almost too easy--effortless. They were extremely quick to push the sale through, even though I live all the way in Southern California. Now it's painfully obvious why: they wanted to get rid of this van as fast as possible. And they succeeded--at my expense. At 7,546 miles, the van was already showing the same issues I'm dealing with today. I didn't recognize it at the time--this was my first diesel van, and I trusted the dealership. I trusted the Mercedes name. I assumed they wouldn't sell a defective vehicle. Fast forward a little over one year, and now at 40,000 miles, the van has a major transmission failure involving the torque converter. Multiple service advisors told me the same thing: A torque converter does NOT fail at 40,000 miles unless the issue was already there. These components typically last around 200,000 miles. So what does that mean? That the van had a serious, pre-existing defect, and it was sold to me anyway. I feel cheated, misled, and taken advantage of. I gave this dealership my trust and over $61,000 of my hard-earned money, and all I got in return was a defective van and a massive financial and emotional burden. Omaha Mercedes-Benz should be ashamed of this. This is not how you treat customers. This is not how you uphold the Mercedes-Benz brand. If you're thinking about buying a vehicle from Omaha Mercedes-Benz, be extremely careful. I learned the hard way that an "effortless" purchase can be a sign that they're just trying to unload a problem vehicle on someone else. Don't let it happen to you.
