I was treated with total respect and courtesy. As I'm sitting here I observed them treating everyone who walked in or called with total respect and kindness. It is like watching someone asking their best friend for help. It was also so incredible on when the customer left or no longer on the phone how hard they are working to solve customers problems. They are not just concerned about how much they can make. They are truly concerned about solving their customers problems. I will never, never take my car anywhere else. I noticed a loud noise coming from my right rear of my car and the shock that they installed on the right rear already had broken loose and was making a loud noise, called back and talk to them. They said to bring the car back in a few days later, and they would look at it and fix whatever the problem was well it turned out. It was a broken shock brand new after installation. It broke and then I also had a tire replaced on the right rear and that tire continuously goes flat and it's brand new so I really appreciate everything they did but it seemed like everything they touched just was not blessed. I still have not taken the vehicle back or called them about the right rear new tire they put on the continuously goes flat. all in all, I was treated very good by the staff and the staff out in the bays were also very nice people. I guess I just have one of them cars.

I liked the experience enough that I decided to give them a shot again for my next paid oil change, and that's when the difference really stood out. Jiffy Lube's main advantage is speed. You stay in your car and you are in and out quickly. But Christian Brothers wins in almost every other category. The waiting room is clean and comfortable (even have cell phone chargers), the people are genuinely friendly, and the pricing has actually been better in my experience.
