This is a cool old-style shop where you walk through the garage area to get to the office. The waiting room is noisy with the sounds of tire installation. You can have them send you a text when they are done, if you don't want to sit. I stayed there though. The coffee (free) was good, and they took care of my tire quickly.

Used Yelp's tools to find S&H and sent a text describing our needs about 8:30 PM. Got a preliminary response within minutes and a response from the owner, Dan moments later. He'd already checked with three of his suppliers to no avail, but promised to check an additional source as well as his stock of used tires. Said he'd respond shortly after 7 AM. He did, and we had the used tires installed within an hour before 9AM. Price was fair, service was quick, and we got two name brand tires to tide us over until we can get a full new set (the tires we had we're original equipment run-flats with 44k miles on them. The place doesn't look like much, but they definitely know what they're doing and the responsiveness was stellar.

She said she goes to grease monkey, but I went to Jiffy Lube because they were closer to my home. I really really really wish I would've went to grease monkey. Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative. Actually, everyone was but I wouldn't have been able to remember all of their names lol but I specifically wanted to shout out Alex and Cadence. It is new car with one tire rotation by the dealer was all they were touched until Discount tire. I showed the bolt to Genisis service manager and talked to local discount tire in Arkansas all agreed the damage was done while installing we even called the store manager from Arkansas dicount tire and he refused to stand behind his work not someone you should do business with. I was contacted very quickly by Discount Tire corporate customer service. After a brief conversation they have agreed to take care of the repairs on my car. Giving a 3 due to the fact that I had to call the customer care dept when i feel the store manager should have taken care of it.
