    Chicken pad thai

Tried Siam Garden Thai for the first time with a takeout order. We got the House Special Fried Rice ($12), Pad Thai ($11), and a Thai Iced Tea ($5). The fried rice itself had a nice texture, but the mix-ins (meats, pineapple, baby corn) didn't bring much flavor. The pad thai tasted okay but the noodles were soggy, and the sauce pooled at the bottom of the container, which made it less enjoyable. Thai iced tea was pretty standard but didn't stand out. Overall, not one of my favorite lunch experiences, though I did notice the dining room was busy for a Tuesday lunch, so maybe the dine-in experience is better than takeout.

Tried this spot for the first time. The shrimp pad Thai was tasty and spicy. The skinny noodles were different but good. Service was great. The inside of the restaurant is really nice - classic thai decor.

Cute spot in Winter Park! Beautiful interior with friendly staff. Food was delicious and my group had a wonderful time. Lots of parking is a bonus!

Siam Garden is hands down our favorite Thai restaurant! The food is consistently excellent, with a great balance of flavors that keep us coming back. The prices are so reasonable, and the service is always great, whether we're dining in or taking out. On our recent visit, we decided to do takeout since I wasn't feeling my best. My wife picked up some food, and we tried a few new dishes. The Wonton Soup was good but a bit on the bland side for my taste; I generally prefer a Chinese style Wonton Soup. However, the Tum Kha Chicken was fantastic, flavorful and satisfying. We also enjoyed the Drunken Noodles and Red Curry this time around. Siam Garden's curries are always impressive, we love their Red, Panang, Massamun, and Green curries (in no specific order). My wife is particularly fond of their noodle dishes, and you can't go wrong with their Pad Thai, Pad Se-ew, or the Woonsen if you're into very skinny glass noodles. If you haven't been to Siam Garden, you have to check it out!

I recently had an extraordinary lunch at Siam Garden in Winter Park, FL. I order lunch special "Crispy duck with panang curry sauce", It's a type of red Thai curry with sliced crispy boneless duck cooked with a coconut milk. It has a thick, salty, sweet with mild level of spiciness delicious flavor. You must come in and try these dish. Alloy Mark (in Thai means so delicious).

Happy they were open tonight. The interior is themed to Thailand but a bit dated. However the booth we sat in was by a window so that was very nice. We were greeted warmly and shown our table. The menu is pretty extensive but well Fi used on Thai. I hate it when a place tries to meet every whim. We ordered up the dumplings. They came out quickly and they had a tad bit too much garlic on top but otherwise good flavor and obviously made to order. Next came the Tom Kha soup. Very good. Flavorful and just the right balance of broth to ingredients. The Pad Thai was one of our entrees. It was very good and a large portion. Could have split it. Second was the Green Curry. I went with chicken and did not regret it. Also enough for two. This entree was "spicy" and did have some heat but not enough to be unpleasant. It actually complimented the over all dish. We skipped dessert and put this on the list of places to go again. Not that far from Park Ave and worth the drive for good food at good prices. Pro tip- parking can be a challenge when it gets busy so carpool if you can. One last tell that there is still the best to come was the table of four women speaking Thai having dinner too.

Siam Garden is our go to Thai place! It is amazing food at a great price! My husband and I literally love all of the apps, noodle dishes and all of the curry dishes. We usually dine in, the wait staff is so friendly and efficient. But recently, we ordered a few different curries and did a tasting at home. I thought the massamun curry was my favorite, but after trying a few back to back, the red curry might be my new favorite!

Siam Garden STILL going strong! Friday, I thoroughly enjoyed an early evening dinner with a friend at one of the forgotten favorite Thai restaurants. We started with yummy shrimp summer rolls with peanut sauce then for entree, I had the Panang Curry . It was spicy delicious and the red and green peppers were cooked crisp tender but the green beans could have been cooked a tad more. I love this place! The atmosphere is relaxing and food delicious! My friend had the cashew and chicken which came with carrots, mushrooms, cashews, and onions. She got the jasmine rice. We both finished EVERYTHING! We each had iced tea to start and domestic beer with our meal but they also offer an assortment of Asian beers, too. We will be back because both our taste buds and our wallets were very happy!

I came with a large group and ordered the pork pad pak. It's a dish I've had a hundred times in a hundred different places, and the version I was served here was just okay. It ended up being more of a braise than a stir-fry, and as a result the vegetables and pork were a little overcooked. Also, the vegetables weren't particularly bountiful, comprising mostly carrots and onions, with a small smattering of snow peas and mushrooms, with one lonely spear of broccoli. Flavor-wise it was okay. Service was friendly, but it took a long time for our table to be served (possibly because of the size of the group; I think there were ten of us). I would return, but would try something else on the menu.

It's the kind of place where you can sit, talk, and just enjoy the evening without feeling rushed. The food was honestly the highlight. Everything tasted really fresh and full of flavor. We ordered a variety of dishes so we could try a little bit of everything. The shrimp/Salmon dish was amazing. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, the salmon was tender and the presentation with the orchid and lemon slice made it look almost too pretty to eat. The pad thai had that perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little tangy. The fried rice was simple but really good, with tender pieces of chicken and vegetables mixed throughout. We also tried a few stir fry dishes with chicken and beef that came with fresh vegetables and a flavorful garlic sauce. You could tell everything was made fresh and not just thrown together. We also started with a sampler appetizer plate that had spring rolls, dumplings, and coconut shrimp with a sweet chili dipping sauce. That was a great way to kick things off. Overall the whole meal felt fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was friendly and the environment made it a great spot to relax and enjoy dinner with friends. Definitely a place we'd go back to again.

We were visiting Orlando on Christmas Eve, and of course, a stop at our favorite spot was non-negotiable. Over the years, they've remained consistently exceptional in quality, flavor, and service. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Nothing has changed in the last 15 years and honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way. We were seated immediately, and as always, the service was quick, friendly, and attentive. I always start with the cucumber salad, the Thai chili dressing is absolutely incredible. My all-time favorite dish remains the Crazy Meat, which is hands down the best red curry you'll ever have. It's served with a perfectly fluffy portion of rice shaped like a heart, and the broth truly warms the soul. My husband usually orders the fried rice, but this time he tried the Pad Penang. It's similar to my dish, with a thicker, richer sauce rather than a soup-like broth. He loved it so much that he already plans to order extra sauce next time. For our kids, the waitress confidently recommended fried chicken and rice. I didn't even realize this was an option since there's no kids' menu, but this was some of the best fried chicken we've ever had. The kids devoured it, and we may have snuck a few pieces ourselves because it was just that good. If you're looking for unforgettable Thai food, this is the place. It's part of a long shopping strip with a variety of shops, but they're on the corner and street parking is available. We ordered chicken Thai salad, one of the currys and veggie rolls. The chicken Thai salad was extremely flavorful and so fresh and light, even though I hadn't planned to eat any, it was so good, we had to share.:) I added potatoes to our curry and it was an extra $2 chg. The chef was cute and made our rice mound into a heart. Perfect combo and lots of chicken with the veggies. My only caveat is the veggie rolls were a little mushy and I would pass on them next time. Everything is so flavorful otherwise and it was nice to see real Thai people working there. We learned our waitresses real name, but I'm tired and can't remember now. I went to a Japanese restaurant recently and nobody was Japanese. It really makes a difference in authenticity of the food when they come from the area they're presenting. We chose Tabla Indian Restaurant in Winter Park. In order to find it you walk through a beautiful hallway lined with small shops, pass little ponds filled with large goldfish, and you truly can't miss the iconic big tree at the entrance--it's absolutely stunning. At the end of it all, you'll find the restaurant. Such a charming and memorable arrival. I arrived right as they opened and was the first guest in. Jose welcomed me with the warmest energy and invited me to sit anywhere I liked. When I hesitated, he kindly guided me to his favorite table--which immediately made me feel taken care of. I explained upfront that I cannot eat anything spicy. Without hesitation, he checked with his manager, who came over personally, introduced himself, and took the time to walk me through options. I truly appreciated how seriously they took my concern. He explained that because they often have guests like me, they've expanded their menu to include Chinese and Thai dishes as well--such a thoughtful touch. We ordered crispy garlic naan with raita, chicken tikka masala, and lamb korma. Jose even joked that if it didn't meet my expectations, the mango lassis would be on the house--which instantly made me smile. When the food arrived, I'll admit--I was hesitant... but hopeful. And then -- WOW. It was PERFECT. Truly. If I could've done cartwheels, I would have. I'm still so happy. It meant so much to me that they cared enough to make the experience right. That kind of effort speaks volumes. The chef even came out to check on me, and I had to give him a hug. Everything was just right. The naan perfectly crisp, the raita rich and creamy (not runny at all), and the lamb incredibly tender and full of flavor without any heat. For dessert, I noticed they offered gajar halwa (a carrot pudding you don't always find), and the chef made a special version with rice pudding; it was absolutely delicious. They also have an extensive wine list, and the restaurant itself is aesthetically beautiful, with a quaint outdoor seating area that adds to the charm. I truly cannot wait to go back. Every single person was so kind, and it made all the difference. When a restaurant goes above and beyond like this ... it stays with you.

If I lived around the corner? Instant classic place. Well worth a visit. No frills but maximum flavor.
