There isn't too much parking directly behind the restaurant, but there is a parking garage! The workers are soo friendly too, joking around with us and making sure we had everything we wanted, despite being a huge group of 16. Everything was delicious but some stand out were: Thai tea lemonade - this might be more of an acquired taste because some of us liked this, some of us didn't. But I really enjoyed it! The star anise and cardamom flavor of Thai tea is pretty strong, but it works really well with the lemonade. Kor moo yang - the meat wasn't necessarily tender, but it was super bouncy and chewy in an intentional way. It was a good mix of fat and lean meat, and I loved the acidity of the nam jim jaew. Tom kha gain hot pot - it was pretty basic, but tom kha is always delicious Sticky rice - just a side, but still so good. One of the worst things sticky rice can do is cool too fast and get hard, but this one came out warm and soft and pliable. The only thing we had that I was kind of whatever about was the shrimp summer rolls. But the shrimp were really big and juicy, so it's not like it was bad or anything.

My fiancée and I enjoyed dinner at Lim Ros for the first time last week. We came in on a Sunday evening about an hour and a half before they closed and were seated in just a few minutes. We started with an order of Moo Ping as out appetizer. These were an order or pork skewers served with a spicy sauce and pickled veggies. The pork was tender and the sauce had a nice kick. The pickled veggies were a nice way to cut the richness of the pork. For our entrees, I ordered a panang curry with chicken and my fiancée ordered a pad see ew with chicken. Both dishes were flavorful and filling. I wasnt in a crazy spicy mood so I ordered my curry mild. It was rich and had the right amount of spice that I wanted that evening. My fiancée's pad see ew had a nice chew to the noodles. I enjoyed trying it. As the night neared it's end, I realized I never received a beer that I ordered at the beginning of our meal, so the waitress offered to either take it off the bill or get us a dessert in it's place at no charge. I opted for a dessert and chose the Thai tea pudding. I'd compare it to a flan in terms of texture. It had a light flavor with a lightly sweet syrup. I really dug it. And I was perfectly happy with that substitute in place of my beer. lol. Kudos to the staff on fixing that hiccup. I really appreciated it. I look forward to coming back sometime and trying more of the menu and maybe trying a cocktail or 2 from the bar as well.

So excited to finally try Lim Ros. It was DELICIOUS. Ever since my favorite Thai pop up left Orlando, I have been searching for somewhere that was remotely close in flavors and finally found it. The Tom Kha Gai was spot on and so flavorful, packed with chicken and veggies. I didn't get a picture but we also had the Chicken Panang and it was also amazing. I did order though their website and when I went to pick it up, they said that the order had never been sent to the kitchen so I ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes past my pick up time. They were quick to prioritize it and apologetic. The space looks nice and I look forward to dining in next time.

Classy Thai restaurant. Great and Friendly service. The Moo Ping appetizer and Pad Se Ew with chicken were outstanding. Excited to dine here again and explore some of their other intriguing menu offerings.

I went to Lim Ros on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The restaurant is in a rather large open space with welcoming modern decor. There were a few other patrons, but it was not too busy. The host immediately seated us. They offer a great lunch menu. It's a short list of popular favorites like pad Thai, pad see ew, and some curry dishes, with your choice of meat. I opted for the chicken pad see ew and my friend got the pad Thai. We also ordered the shrimp summer rolls as an appetizer. The summer rolls were amazing. They were huge with large shrimp and fresh fillings. Their peanut sauce was tasty with a slight spice to it. My pad see ew was really good. The lunch special came with a generous portion of noodles, a spring roll, and a refreshing bowl of soup with a light broth and some carrots and cabbage. Everything was really fresh a d delicious. I will definitely be back.

We were craving a little Thai while Christmas shopping and found this little restaurant. It was not busy and we seated right away. There was only one gentleman, seating, serving and bartending. He was a little busy and still very attentive to us at the same time. Our appetizers and dishes were served in a very reasonable amount of time. The drinks were not good, in my opinion, and we did not finish them. Maybe it was just because they're different and it's not a taste that I am used to. The Mojito was incredibly sour and the old-fashioned was green with a very odd flavor. I believe they added a different ingredient to the old-fashioned. I would not order the drinks again. I would've preferred to try the Thai tea that they offered. The food however, was amazing. There was a lot of depth of flavor and both meals were very tasty, the spice level was just perfect.

This is s definitely stop if you love Thai food! Finding g parking is a little tough as it is located in a very crowded apartment/retail space...but it was worth the hassle!!!! Lovely light, high ceiling g and simple decor. Very clean and nice. Service was great. Waiter was a little busy but took the time to make sure I was enjoying the food. I had the spring rolls....hot fresh very good with a sweet and sour sauce. Tom kha gai hot pot....one of my favorite soups and they nailed it! Lots of flavor. My main dish was the pad ga pow, I like it hot and they did an amazing job with it....I enjoyed it so much!!!!!!

@limrosthairestaurant voted the best thai new restaurant in 2024, is a gem!! It is a combination of classic with contemporary for a perfect blend of flavors. Everything that we ordered was perfectly served , but in my mind being Latina , that fried fish was just pure perfection. The bar is something to visit by itself . Love the restaurant layout, lots of space ,high ceilings, plants..is a most in Maitland.

This restaurant was amazing and I am so happy to have tried it. The lighting at night is beautiful along with the warm and welcoming service. To start we tried some cocktails: Thai tea and mango sticky rice. Both tasted delicious and I love how unique they were. We also tried pork and chicken skewers, summer rolls, and curry. At first you might think the price is too high for appetizers, but I thought it was completely worth it from the quality of each dish. Definitely try the juicy pork with a flavorful fish sauce to dip, as well as the nutty peanut sauce that isn't too sweet like how some places prepare it. My only complaint is the chicken in my curry was on the drier side, but over all I would love to come back and try other things!!

This is a beautiful restaurant, I loved the decor. Our server was patient and helpful explaining the menu items. We came during lunch so they had a lunch special going on. I ended up getting the chicken pad Thai and it came with seaweed soup and a spring roll. The chicken pad Thai was pretty good, but I would prefer the sauce to be a little bit more sour. I really enjoyed the spring roll, it was very crispy and the dipping sauce was delicious. As for the seaweed soup, it wasn't my favorite. It didn't have much flavor but it did taste fresh. I'd love to try some of their dinner menu items next time.

Pretty nice finally checking out this restaurant. I remember before when it was a brunch restaurant so it was obvious. It's been a while since I've been around this area or to this establishment. But I must say I like what they've done to the place, and I truly do like the flavoring of the drunken noodles that I ate. The lady was so nice that she ended up even giving me a free Thai tea while I sat there and waited for my food, which honestly took no time at all because I was the only person in the restaurant and it was just a start of lunch. I'm grateful and I definitely check it out again if I'm over in the area.

I loved the indoor seating with its huge windows. The whole time rain poured heavily outside, it made for the perfect cozy backdrop. We started with the tom kha, and for the first time in my life it was served like a hot pot, finished right there at the table. Easily the best tom kha I've ever had -- rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Next came the spring rolls, generously packed with shrimp and paired with an immensely flavorful peanut sauce. For entrées, we went with the crab fried rice -- USUALLY this can go either way for me, but here the freshness of the crab paired beautifully with the rice. My crying tiger steak was a flavor explosion, with a sauce that had just the right silent heat as the meal went on. They didn't ask for my preferred temperature, but they didn't need to. It came out a perfect medium. The beef pad see ew was more of an afterthought order, but still fresh, well-executed, and satisfying. There was one minor hiccup, but it felt like an isolated incident in an otherwise detail-focused experience. Will definitely be returning

Terrible Uber Eats experience. Neither party would make it right. Uber Eats site showed promotion to buy item & get one free. Order went through showing only one. Restaurant said it didn't mean BOGO...you get free spring roll. We were not permitted to cancel & didn't get the spring roll either. Restaurant said to call Uber. Uber said call restaurant. I called both. Manager wouldn't offer us anything to make it right even though I told him we were regular dine in customers. He didn't even say we could have an order of spring rolls on our next visit. Paid $40 for a very average single order of fried rice. Not sure I can go back again.

It's the kind of place where you can sit, talk, and just enjoy the evening without feeling rushed. The food was honestly the highlight. Everything tasted really fresh and full of flavor. We ordered a variety of dishes so we could try a little bit of everything. The shrimp/Salmon dish was amazing. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, the salmon was tender and the presentation with the orchid and lemon slice made it look almost too pretty to eat. The pad thai had that perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little tangy. The fried rice was simple but really good, with tender pieces of chicken and vegetables mixed throughout. We also tried a few stir fry dishes with chicken and beef that came with fresh vegetables and a flavorful garlic sauce. You could tell everything was made fresh and not just thrown together. We also started with a sampler appetizer plate that had spring rolls, dumplings, and coconut shrimp with a sweet chili dipping sauce. That was a great way to kick things off. Overall the whole meal felt fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was friendly and the environment made it a great spot to relax and enjoy dinner with friends. The food and experience never disappoints, and we leave afterwards and say to each other, "That was good!" The food is always tasty and fresh, but on our most recent visit, the apps and entrées seemed fresher and the taste exceeded the Thai dishes we'd eaten over the past year elsewhere. Somehow, I always order the Spicy Basil, medium heat, and this time I ordered it with eggplant (for an up charge). The veggies were crunchy and the basil seemed freshly picked. The sauce was flavorful and the heat tilted toward the mild side, but additional spice options were brought to the table when I asked. My wife ordered the Sautéed Mixed Veggies, as usual, and complimented on the freshness of the veggies, the goodly amount, and the overall flavor. The summer rolls were a satisfying appetizer with a peanut vinaigrette that might have used hoisin sauce as one of the ingredients and its addition provided an overall different, but good, taste. The indoor seating is modest with maybe 10-12 booths and covered outdoor seating is also available. The tables seem to turn over fairly quickly. The exterior is also very modest, and you might drive by the restaurant without knowing it. Service is solid. Food is the star here. Thai-licious food at Thailicious!
