Pick up time to our departure was great!!! Vartan was awesome driver, he did what he can for us not to be late to our flight coz we took the shared ride and our first time to use this shuttle for our first time family trip. Unfortunately, pick up to LAX going back home was EXTREMELY INSANE!!! They have the linked to click the button when you're ready to pick up which I did upon landing. Guess what!????2 hours we waited for our transportation. That 2 hours we should be home resting after a looooong flight. The customs service hotline phone not working. They only have CHAT??? I was communicating to the customer service i don't who it was i was talking to, keep apologizing and offered if I couldn't wait any longer i have a choice to get different transportation???? After I waited for 2 hours???? This company should be closing!!!!! It's cheap but it's not worth it to save and waited for fucking 2 hours just to get home for 1 hour drive to ur home!!!!-0 RATING read more

What a joke. This is a front for Prime Time Shuttle and they suck. They could not change my reservation except if the charged me 3 times what I paid. Then she said there would be an additional charge to cancel my reservation. I made it in the 20 minutes before. She said a supervisor was not available then told me he had just walked in. They are a scam and only interested taking your money!! This is a front for prime time shuttle. There are way better services out there. Pass them up. read more

Worst experience and customer service. They schedule pickup time automatically for you. My wife called and said it was too close to the flight time and they agreed and sent an email stating the time was too be changed. Low and behold the day of, no shuttle and when we call them they constantly hung up on us and cancelled the pickup on us with only an hour and a half till our flight departs. read more

The business owner of Shuttle2LAX has a "standard" reply letter to anyone who writes a negative review of his company. It's a very nice letter which leads one to think that they are going to give you some kind of satisfaction. Paul S. asks for your reservation number but that's as far as it goes. The company does nothing to fix it. No refund. Nothing. This is a very bad company! Bad business practices! read more

I've been stood up 1x by Prime Time (@ LAX). Was leery when I realized Shuttle2LAX outsources to Prime Time. Had a 4 good ride experiences. Until today. I'll just post my letter to customer service here: Made reservation for 3:15 pm, 6/26.  At 3:30, I called driver @ 909.917.6981. He said he would be another 20 mins late. Driver never showed @ 4:15. One hour later. I tried calling multiple times on the same #. He refused to pick up. Even if he had shown up after 4:15, I find it egregious to be more than 1 hour late for LAX. I had to call an Uber. Please reimburse my payment, as service was never rendered. Thank you. read more

Can I give less than a 1 star. The company called to tell me that their shuttle broke down and I booked a pickup for an international flight. The one service I booked the company for, they failed. You had one job to do! One job! read more

I arrived to LAX from WA only to find a driver that was at least 20 minutes late although he called and told me exactly where to wait. He then passed it and had to go around again. The car had been smoked in and the driver said the smoke was coming from outside the car and proceeded to open the windows to eliminate said smoke coming from outside! Meanwhile it was raining and on the chilly side. When it was time to return from Seal Beach to the airport, the driver never came although I had confirmation from OPII or some sort of thing. I had a plane to catch and via email (no phone numbers), I was told that they were sorry, the assigned driver wasn't answering his phone. They said they would refund my money ...they should do that plus the fee it cost me to get an UBER to get the airport on time. I will be hoping the company acts like it should and refund my entire ride plus the uber. read more

DO NOT USE SHUTTLE2LAX!. the worst experience I have ever had.I prepaid a round trip fair to LAX with private service. The night before an early pick up to LAX they called and said only a shared service would be available. I would get a $15 credit. I finally received it after 3 weeks and calling a few times. On the return from LAX to home, after they confirmed a pick up time and after I confirmed I was ready to picked up, they called and said that a driver was not available and they were cancelling and I needed to make my own arrangements! this was at midnight. I probably have to contact them a few times to get the refund. Horrible!!!! read more

Today I have a 4.35pm flight to the Orange County airport. I made a reservation in advance to have shuttle2lax or shuttle2anywhere (which ever name that decide to lure you in with) pick me up from my home at 1.50pm. I received no less than 7 text message reminders that my van would be there on time. So imagine my panic, when just a mere 20 minutes prior to my 1.50pm scheduled pick up, I received a phone call that my van had broken down on the side of the road, and my reservation would have to be cancelled. I was livid. I had to remind myself that the young woman giving me this news, is just the messenger, and she has little control over the dysfunction, mismanagement, and terrible operation that is shuttle2lax/shuttle2anywhere. There name should be changed to Shuttle2Nowhere, because receiving a phone call 20 minutes before your pick up time that your reservation is cancelled, is unacceptable! Period. Most operations would reroute another driver to swing by and pick you up, or even roll up their own sleeves jump in their own car and go that extra mile to make sure you make it for your flight! (Wishful thinking?) Not Shuttle2Nowhere they had no back up plan except advising me that I could wait 2 hours for another van to "possibly" pick me up. They took zero consideration into the fact that my flight would be boarding in 2 hours. Here is my best advice for you...if you're thinking about reserving a pick up time from Shuttle2Nowhere....DO NOT. I'm currently writing this review in the back of an Uber (which surprisingly was less than the shuttle2Nowhere rate). Do NOT let them wheel in with their $20 or $25 low fares. You get what you pay for. Sometimes they're on time, and sometimes they are not. When it comes to making flights...you need a company that is on time 100% of the time, because your airline, car rental, cruise ship, hotel...are not going to wait for you, or care that you missed your reservation because you booked a shuttle with a company also know as: Shuttle2Nowhere. You've been warned. read more

Thank you for your reply. My reservation number is 131608. I still have not received the promised refund.

The bank associated with my credit card has provided me with a REFUND of the charges by Shuttle2LAX. It took about a week for the credit to post to my account. Shuttle2LAX lied to me when I was told I would be issued a refund within a three week time frame. I expect them to lie to you too. That's the established pattern shown in these Yelp reviews. People if you got screwed by Shuttle2LAX get a REFUND by calling your credit card company to dispute the charges. This is a lot more efficient than dealing with the liars at Shuttle2LAX. ******************* read more

Shuttle arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected...no phone call received beforehand, just a text. I would not use this service again.

Like other reviewers said, just stay away from this company. They also go by Primetime Shuttle. Booked a RT. On pick-up day, I get a text that the pick-up time was changed to 20 minutes later. Then the driver came 15 minutes earlier. Ok that was not too bad, even if it seemed like we made other passengers in the van wait. On the return trip, at 7:50p, we called the office to tell them we're there. The guy who picked up the phone said the driver is already at the airport, but our reservation is not till 8:30p. Ok, we'll wait. The driver called later, saying he'll see us in 15 minutes. Past 8:35, the driver was not picking up our calls anymore; 9pm, still no driver in sight. We had to call the office 2 or 3 more times to follow up. We finally got picked up at 9:37p. Lackluster service. read more

While my trip TO LAX met my expectations, on the return route I called my driver to find out he was unable to make the pick up. He said another driver would take his place. After waiting nearly an hour, I called customer service inquiring about my ride home. Could never recommend this service. read more

Booked this shuttle from OC to LAX. Pickup was supposed to be 6AM. They called at 5:50AM and cancelled. Talk about disrespectful and unprofessional! They claimed it was because the car wasn't working. That left me with 10 minutes to find another way to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight. In the end, I had to have my credit card handle the dispute. I will never use this company again. read more

They were incapable of accepting my reservation via my iPhone. So I went to my computer with the same non-results. Only this time they had my credit card info. I filled out all the info they wanted and submitted it 4 times. I "chatted" with 4 different worthless non-English speakers for a total of 1 hour. The chat folks finally gave me a phone number to someone who speaks English. Turns out, he could and would book my reservation for double the cost!!! This is classic bait a switch tactics. NO THANKS! What a worthless lowdown operation they are. No one could tell me if their web site was down. All 4 of their chat clones do is ask for your phone number and name even tho they can't find my phone number or name in the system because the system would not accept my reservation! Get the catch 22 of the situation? By the way, all 4 of the chatters terminated the chats. read more

To whom it may concern, I tried to sign up on line for a shuttle to LAX, but had some problems with the form and questions. I looked for a contact phone number but couldn't find one, maybe I'm blind. I then tried your "Live Chat" and "Lucy" came back. Since the response from "Lucy was very abrupt, telling me for that price I could only do it on line, I responded with, "Fine, I'll find another shuttle service", which I did. The other service very politely and quickly took my information over the phone, repeated it back accurately and sent a follow up e-mail correctly confirming everything. The last time I used your company I had some grief, but I thought I'd give you another try. At least you're consistent. Maybe you people make enough money that you don't care what I think. I booked a round trip from OC to/from LAX. The day before the pick up, I received the text saying the pick up time was pushed back by 30 mins. The driver showed up earlier than the new scheduled time which was fine. The problem was getting a ride back from LAX (on an unusually cold day!). First of all, no one was at the kiosk so I called the number to check in. The rep told me the wait would be 30-45 mins then. There was a guy standing at the kiosk telling me he had been waiting for a ride for 1 1/2 hours already and he said he even spoke with the manager who told him the company didn't have enough vans because Uber stole most of their customers. A little over an hour had passed and still no pick up, I called the number again. The rep who took my call was actually pleasant & helpful, but he told me he wasn't sure where my driver was but the driver should had been 10mins away from the airport. He told me he would try to get ahold of the driver and call me back with the status. After another 10-15mins or so, I received a call from the rep telling me the driver was still MIA. I requested a refund at this point & he agreed. I took an Uber home. When I was almost home, I received a text & call from the shuttle driver saying he was just getting to the airport and it was over 2 hours after I checked in. Was I glad that I wasn't patient enough to wait for the shuttle driver to show up! read more

I book a trip to LAX 4 days ago. When I signed, the confirmation indicated that I will be picked up at 8 PM and dropped at LAX at 9:15 PM. MY flight time was 10:20 Pm. I got a email few hrs before the pick up time stating that I will be picked up early at 7:45 PM then an other stating will be picked up at 8:45 then an other stating will be picked up at 8:52. I called to check when I will reach LAX- they told me because it was a shared ride, I will reach around 10:03 PM!!! AND My flight is at 10:20 PM!!! I told them I will miss my flight , if they can pick me up at an earlier time! The customer representative was extremely RUDE and told me to upgrade to premium and pay $90 or cancel and pay a cancellation fee of $5. She did not care that due to their bad organization at their end, I will going to miss my flight!!! Last min, I was extremely stressed - I had no other way but to cancel and find an alternate ride to LAX. IF they want customers, they better work on plan well and have better trained customer reps. I am not planning to take shuttle2LAX anymore (very unreliable and stressful to work with and untrained staff) and will also discourage my family and friends and anyone I know from using them as well. read more

I should have known better! I needed a ride to LAX and my friend suggested these people. I looked at the reviews and said, "are you sure??" I should have gone with my gut and stuck with Uber. I booked my ride online and picked a 8:25 pm pick up. All set, paid, received my email confirmation. The night of my pick up, I was at dinner with my friend. At 7:04 pm I get a text, "your driver is on his way!" I called the number and went back and forth with the driver, "you're not supposed to come until 8:30 (8:25)", "no, the time is 7:40". He finally put me through to dispatch who told me they have other people to pick up, so my time was changed...without notice, mind you. She then said that they tried to call me. No calls. I received a message AFTER our conversation. I told her to cancel the ride and issue a credit. When she said she couldn't because I was cancelling late, I told her to have the guy pick me up at 8:30 then. When she said he couldn't, I said "cancel my ride and refund the money". She finally agreed. Not satisfied, I tried calling the company but could not contact anyone; so I followed up with an email and explained I would contact my bank to make a fraud claim, and report them to Consumer Affairs. I received an email stating they would give me a refund. It's almost two weeks later, and no refund. I just made a claim with my bank, Consumer Affairs is next. Use Uber or Lyft. read more

Seriously horrible humans working here. Plugged in destination zipcode on their site. Got quoted a price. Everything looked good so went ahead and booked on behalf of my mother (who was flying into LAX and doesn't speak English too well). Driver drove my mother to the destination and dropped her off. A minute later, driver came back and knocked on her door asking for an additional $30 - stating that the fare was wrong. My mother tried her best to explain that everything was already paid for, but in the end paid the additional $30 because she didn't quite know what else to do (again, English is not her native language). To take advantage of an elderly woman who is non-fluent in English is a seriously low dirtbag thing to do. If the site was wrong in what it quoted, Shuttle2LAX should've still honored it. This business doesn't even deserve one star. read more

I've used Shuttle2LAX twice now. The first time was not bad except for the many dropoffs from LAX. But I live in East San Gabriel Valley so I guess I can expect a lot of stops on the way East from LAX. The second time I decided to take a private car to and from the airport even though it was about $80+ each way. The ride from my home was great. I was picked up in a town car instead of a Prius. Alex, my driver was very cordial. Took the stress out of going to LAX. On the day before my return I received a confirmation of my return trip. Great, I thought. I read in the email that I should download the Prime Time Shuttle App. So I did. When I got back to my hotel room I noticed that I had received another email cancelling my pickup. Apparently, opening the App cancelled my pickup. Of course, no one ever answers their phone. Panicked, I used the hotel computer to book another Shuttle2LAX van pick up since I didn't want to chance another cancellation. When I was at LAX on the shuttle van I got a call from my driver saying he was ready to pick me up at LAX. He said he had tried to call me. Unfortunately, I had turned off my phone until I was on the van. I told him what had happened and apparently he did not get the word on the cancellation. I felt bad for him but I was already on the van. We did make a lot of stops again on the way home and I was not pleased. I guess I'm going to have to drive myself. This shuttle business is too nerve wracking for me. I went online and chatted with the shuttle service and inquired about my refund. I did receive it a couple of days later, which was great. I expected a hassle from them. They deducted a $4 cancellation fee even I did not cancel my reservation. Someone needs to look into that app. Am I the only one this happened to? I tried opening the app again when I got home after my trip to see what happened. Again, I received a cancellation email. Go figure. read more

Stay clear! Our hotel referred us to this shuttle. Booked online and our credit card was charged. Received an online confirmation stating we were ready to go no need to confirm. Waited for 15 minutes past pickup time. Called their number only to sit on hold and be disconnected. Called back, sat on hold, when an agent answered I promptly gave my confirmation number and name. After a brief pause the phone disconnected. Called back again, waited on hold. Then another agent answered. Gave our info and was told he saw our reservation but it had been cancelled. It was New Years morning and they didn't have enough drivers. I asked about their cancellation policy and protocol. He abruptly informed me that the evening dispatcher should have called me. I explained no one called or emailed and o had been charged for a ride that had not showed up. I asked if this is common practice for them. He hung up on me. We ended up going with Uber which showed up at the hotel in 8 minutes. Cost $40 instead of $21 but no headache or stress. We have tried multiple times to get a refund of our fare to the shuttle without any luck. Bank will be our next stop to get a fraud credit. Stay clear of this business. Save yourself the headache! read more

This company is a joke. Do not use this service! Avoid at all cost! 1. The driver was not friendly at all and he was rude to us. He should have been trained better and he should go back to driving school because he drove like crazy. He also most got car accidents a couple times. 2. I was surprised that I had to pay extra for the boxes. When we were on the way to the airport, someone called me saying that I had to pay $60 extra which is $15 per box but on the website only shows $10 per box. Then I said I already paid the driver $40, then I waited a few moments and he came back to confirm the amount of $40. Either has not been trained thoroughly or the company tried to rip us off. This is ridiculous. 3. The people that I chatted with were so rude as well. read more

For the first time ever, I couldn't find someone available to take me to LAX. I went through the different options, and decided to try a shuttle service, as long as they could accommodate a disabled person with luggage and no one to help me. I researched thoroughly, reading reviews and comparing prices. I decided to take a chance on a service I'd never heard of: Shuttle2LAX. Although the entire reservation process can be done online - which I did - I also wanted to talk to a live person. I had questions about driver assistance, and needed to adjust my pick-up time, so I called. Their Customer Service was excellent! My ride to LAX went off without a hitch. The driver was helpful and friendly, the shuttle vehicle was clean and comfortable, and we arrived at LAX right on time. In the future, I won't have to wonder which shuttle service to use, or even try so hard to find a ride - I'm sure I'll be able to count on Shuttle2LAX for service. read more

Do not use this company. I had scheduled a 4:30am pickup on Tuesday morning 9/18, which was changed to 4:57am. This is the worst company. We've given them a few chances and it's always been a disaster. They take your money in advance and never show up! 10 minutes after a driver was supposed to pick us up (for an International flight with 3 passengers and 6 luggages from Orange County to LAX), I went online to track them, only to find no driver was assigned for our trip. A couple of minutes later, I got a message that no one was coming for us. I was furious as it was 4th of July traffic and with 6 luggage, I was bound to miss the flight if it was not for a good Samaritan who squeezed us and our luggage into his sedan car and and took us to the airport! If you want to start (or finish) your vacation or business trip with malheur, book this company. This company is terrible (the same company as Suttle2Anywhere). After I booked the round trip to and from LAX, I cancelled right away (only 3 minutes later), they charged me $5 cancellation fees. I have already disputed this charge with my cc company, then later on when we came back, a driver called me up for a pick up from LAX. I've used this service a few times and have been pretty happy with it. Since it is a shuttle, it really is the user responsibility to understand that your pickup is likely 3.5 hours prior to the plane flight. Traffic in LA is a nightmare as we all know, so if you can't schedule far enough in advance for the shuttle and you can't plan for a possible 3 hour traffic jam, then this isn't for you. They have always picked up with 10 minutes of the arrival time and the drivers have always been kind. I've always made my flight on time. Make sure you put in your correct address and zip code when make the reservation. Keep traffic in mind and don't lie about your departure time. read more
