I don't think I am a fan of the taichi beef though but that's more of a personal preference. The medium spicy though they warned me is spicy, is actually spicy. I got medium and I was having too great of a time. I had to take the l and go for the non-spicy mushroom soup base at the end. The service was exceptional. The best service I had in any hotpot place. Also, the servers don't feel a certain type of way helping customers they weren't assigned to unlike other places which I thought was great. I asked a lot dumb questions and they were great in answering all my questions. The restaurant was clean and nice. Everything smelled great because ofbthe hotpot. From what I saw, the restaurant is themed around a more village area in China. It reminded me of my village. Wonderful hotpot place overall. Would recommend 10/10.

We came around 3:30pm on a Saturday and had to wait nearly 2 hours for a table for 4 people. The wait time is also longer than they initially provide as it was only supposed to be 1 hour wait. If there is no wait time, then I would recommend. The service is amazing - the servers make sure everything is taken care of and they even tell you that if anything doesn't taste good, they can adjust or remove it for you. The food itself isn't that different compared to other spots, although I will say the food is very fresh. Our favorite items were probably the tai chi beef and the thick sliced tender beef. Both were tender and tasted good. There is a $1.95 charge for sauce station per person so make sure to use it. The interior will take you back to ancient China as it is very aesthetically pleasing. Worth it if there is no wait, but if there is a wait, I would go somewhere else.

All of the meats and veggies they brought out were super fresh and tasty. I know the dancing noodle is kind of for show, and I did wish that there were more noodles, but they were DELICIOUS. Like the perfect QQ and bounce to them. Highly recommend if you're on the fence about it!

(See the attached photos and videos.) I have to admit, I was pretty shocked by what happened. Because of everything happening, I completely forgot to take photos of the food that came out afterward. I do want to recognize the staff for their response and the great service they provided after the incident. They accommodated us, made sure we were taken care of, and helped turn an unexpected situation into a positive dining experience. Once we settled in, we truly enjoyed our meal. The quality of the meats was excellent, the hot pot was delicious, and the service remained attentive. I'm glad we were able to stay and enjoy dinner. I will be back!

They also had some peanut, and pickled cabbage snacks, and oranges. We opted for the Mushroom and Beef Tallow Spicy Broths. The Mushroom was herbal-y. The Beef Tallow Spicy had a pretty good kick, so we didn't feel like we needed to go spicier. You can also skim off some of the spicy oil if need be. You do get hit in the face with the spice broth steam, so don't get too close to the broth. It's a good thing the chopsticks are long! They do come by to fill the broths. We ordered off the tablet and most dishes came out pretty quick. The portions are on the smaller, which is good for AYCE. Everything cooks pretty quick too! Everything tasted fresh and of good quality. They have a large variety of meats, seafood, mushrooms, vegetables and everything in between! The Dan Dan Noodles were a big portion and on the blander side. I would skip this. The Herbal Jelly was refreshing, though we had to ask for them to bring it out. Overall, a good spot for a small group for AYCE.

I saw there was a whole wait at the front while we were eating! There is a one-time price depending on which soup base you order, and it may cost a bit more if you order a half/half, followed by the set AYCE price per person for hot pot. Soft drinks are free, and it is BYOB! Be careful with ordering the spicy soup base though - the medium spice was wayyyy too hot I recommend having only one person be in charge of ordering with one phone on everyone's behalf, because we ended up accidentally ordering a bit more than we expected since we each used the QR code in our individual phones all at the same time, and we ended up having to cancel the last round when everything came to our table, (which they were super nice about and did not charge us extra!) The portions were not too large, but definitely order in rounds so you don't overwhelm yourself! As dessert, I recommend the fried buns with condensed milk. They also offer free hotpot +/- a week from your birthday if you show your ID!

It looked like this place only does 1 large pot per table compared to individual pots. You can split the broth up to 3 types. We got the 2-broth split pot with "Liu House Special Soup Base" and "Tomato Soup Base", both were above my expectation in flavor. They have a sauce station that you make yourself and prepped food that is ready to eat such as edamame and seaweed salad. Also, a drink station with water, orange juice, passion fruit juice and iced tea. Everything is ordered on the tablet that is at the table and the staff there are very observing since every time we have an empty plate/dish they would come back and remove it from our table. I personally don't find it too spicy, but it's still flavorful and a great addition. All the meats are fresh, and there's a good variety of options to choose from.
