He came and fixed 4 door dings across two of my Teslas…read more Two of them were on the seam/line and pretty severe for door dings, but he worked on them meticulously to get then all cleaned up. Communication: Alan did take a while and some back and forths to get scheduled, but I'm confident that's because he must be in such high demand due to the high quality of work and his extremely reasonable prices. Texting is probably best and be patient if he doesn't get back to you right away, he always responds within a day. Scheduling: Alan was great about setting up some options for me and when an earlier time came up that worked for me, he let me know. He was running a little late the day of and sent me a heads up text, which was appreciated. Quality of work: You can tell that Alan is very experienced and dedicated to doing quality work. He spent a lot longer than I would have guessed trying to perfect things that already looked great to me. I really appreciate his level of commitment in treating each dent like it was his own car. When I pointed it out to my son he said, "you can barely tell there was a dent there" as he pointed to an area that wasn't even where the dent was. LOL. I had to point him to the area where I THINK the original dent was because I'm honestly not sure myself. Value/Price: I got an estimate from a local dent replace place (I won't name names) but their quote was over $2000 for just 3 dents on just one of my two cars. Alan took care of those 3 and did 1 on my other car for a FRACTION of what the other shop estimated and did it in my driveway in a few hours vs having to drive and leave it at a shop for at least a day (that's what they quoted me for the one car with 3 dents). I'm sure the other place has reasons for why they charge so much with overhead and staff, but for door dings like this, I can't see the justification for that kind of pricing. Alan's prices were a deal not even considering the comparison with the other shop. Personality: As others have said, Alan is also just a really nice person. We chatted about all sorts of things from cars to other hobbies during breaks where I tried to offer him something to drink or snack on (he worked through lunch without stopping other than to eat a protein bar I gave him). He was more friendly than professional, which is what I prefer. At the end of the experience, I felt so positive, which is not something I typically say about any kind of car repair/service. To that end, that's why I wanted to leave a lengthy and detailed review to add the the dozens of other 5 star reviews. I hope to never need his service again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call the number I now have saved in my contacts. Thanks, Alan!

I've spent close to $9,000 with them over the years. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend or trust this business. I paid a $600 deposit for a service I canceled a week in advance. The owner, Dave Miller, assured me the deposit would be refunded. Four months later, I'm still waiting. I've followed up at least 11 times and received nothing but empty promises and excuses. They provided no service, yet kept my money. That's not how you treat a loyal customer. I filed a BBB complaint (Case #23237895) that TLC Auto Detail never responded to, and I disputed the charge with my bank in hopes that they are able to resolve this for me. This business has completely lost my trust.

He suggested a complete cleaning, inside and out, vacuuming and wiping the interior including the floor mats, a two step cleaning of the exterior and finishing with a spray ceramic sealer, rims, tires, even the engine compartment. I felt that the price was extremely reasonable especially considering the car's deplorable condition. When he was finished, I was truly amazed with the metamorphosis from a dingy, filthy 10 year old car to what nearly looks like a new car. He showed up on time with a fully equipped van; everything he needed to do the job was inside.
