Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity. Signing in was completely understandable, but what happened afterward was extremely disappointing. The T-Mobile sales representative told me there would be a 10-15 minute wait because additional sales representatives were coming in. I waited based on that information, but no additional representatives ever arrived. I was simply left waiting after being given an explanation that turned out not to be true. I understand that businesses can get busy and that customers may have to wait. What I don't appreciate is being given misleading information instead of being told the actual situation. And just to make sure my review was fair and accurate, I actually timed how long I waited. This wasn't based on an estimate or assumption--I kept track of the time myself. I also noticed there were 2 representatives working, with 4 people ahead of me and 3 people behind me. Given the number of customers and staff present, I found it especially frustrating to be told that additional representatives were coming when that never happened. Poor communication and a lack of transparency can easily turn a simple purchase into a frustrating experience. I would think twice before returning to this location.

I write about virtual gaming and needed a projector for the laser pistols to work properly, but I didn't want to replace my 80" LCD. The solution was to hang a screen that would come down in front of my existing screen and equipment racks. One problem is that the screen needs to be too far out to hang from a wall and the second problem is it needs to hang from a slanted cathedral ceiling. Premier AV Tech met me in a video call to survey the room and they kept in close contact the whole time. They let me know that the screen they ordered for me was defective when it was tested. When they reached out to the manufacturer, they found that a replacement would take way too long so they worked to get me an even better screen at no increase in price. On installation day they covered my equipment and had the screen up and running in a few short hours. A++

I also had difficulty obtaining proper receipts and documentation from the store. After spending weeks dealing with customer service, disputes, and multiple follow-ups, I finally received my refund. However, even after the refund was resolved, I attempted to return the devices professionally and responsibly. I went back to the store with the phones and simply requested a written return receipt or acknowledgment showing the devices were received. To my surprise, I was told they could not provide any return receipt, written confirmation, or proof of return at all. Because I was being asked to leave expensive devices without any documentation, I did not feel comfortable leaving them there. At this point, I am not asking for additional money or compensation. I am only asking for professionalism, transparency, and basic documentation that any customer should reasonably expect during a return process. My advice to customers: * Carefully review every charge before leaving the store * Ask for printed receipts immediately * Read all agreements carefully before signing * Keep screenshots and records of all communication * Use a credit card when possible for additional protection I hope management improves communication and customer transparency because no customer should have to spend this much time trying to resolve basic billing and return issues.
