Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. This T-Mobile location only had two staffs inside this morning and there were a few customers already in line for service, but nobody was lining up for the free T-Mobile Tuesdays gift. Interesting. Store was actually more spacious inside than expected. Clean and organized though. Staff handed me the free gift right away while assisting customers. Overall, it's good to have a T-Mobile store here. I hope the plaza remodels someday because parking spaces aren't great around here. I write about virtual gaming and needed a projector for the laser pistols to work properly, but I didn't want to replace my 80" LCD. The solution was to hang a screen that would come down in front of my existing screen and equipment racks. One problem is that the screen needs to be too far out to hang from a wall and the second problem is it needs to hang from a slanted cathedral ceiling. Premier AV Tech met me in a video call to survey the room and they kept in close contact the whole time. They let me know that the screen they ordered for me was defective when it was tested. When they reached out to the manufacturer, they found that a replacement would take way too long so they worked to get me an even better screen at no increase in price. On installation day they covered my equipment and had the screen up and running in a few short hours. A++
