He even offered to just come visit on his own if I wasn't free to meet him. Fair prices and great value! They accept cash, check and card (with 3.5% fee). I tried to do it myself but didn't have the proper tools. They actually had to come with a chain saw because of the thick vines and branches. I love that they were able to clean up and take away all the branches/leaves since my neighborhood doesn't even collect yard waste. I was so in love I couldn't stop staring at the job well done.

He and his team were ready and available to come and do the work as soon as they composed the quote. Quote was extremely reasonable to refresh wood-chip mulch in both our front and back yard, as well as general weed/plant/tree clean-up and maintenance. One thing to note: communication on timing could be better. We were told arrival was to be at 10AM, but the team would not arrive until more than an hour later. As the work was going to take a day or two, it was not a big deal in our case, but could be if your timeline was tight/last minute. Overall, results were excellent and would definitely recommend Frank's team!

He is truly the ideal of what I think of in terms of a local small business owner. Before starting the job, Ernie came out personally to inspect the house. That extra step gave me confidence that they would complete the job thoroughly for the exact price quoted. The services included a full house cleaning, deep cleaning the rugs, and tackling our floor-to-ceiling windows, which were left spotless. The price was very fair for the amount of work required. Most importantly, our Property Manager said they did a great job and didn't request any extra cleaning or retain any of our deposit to do more work. Ernie and his team helped make our move go smooth and easy--if you need move-out cleaning, look no further!
