    The other afternoon I was rather anxious to have my phone replaced due to a crack on my iPhone 11 On entering the store with my husband we were politely and professionally greeted As we sat down to show our problem to Eli he immediately looked at my phone As he went to look at the screen he peeled back my screen protector and what a wonderful surprise !! My iPhone was not cracked at all ! Eli was so courteous and helpful and kind He cleaned up my iPhone case and continued to replace another screen cover Phew ! I was so happy and relieved Thank you so much Eli !! You Rock !!

    A absolutely cannot believe how disrespectful this yung girl that works here ! Cooperate really really needs to have a talk with her and let her know not to treat costumers this way ! She has no respect for loyal customers! Zero costumer service! I clearly have a claim and I contacted T mobile yesterday by 611 and they told me they will refund me just go to any store and give an employee the phone. So I go inside tell her my situation and she says I can't help you really disrespectful and tells me she has the rite to refuse any business and I tell her I deserve to be helped let me call them 611 I'm speaking with costumer service and they tell me to give her the phone which I do ! And she hangs up my iPhone on them telling me she's not going to help me and I need to leave then she starts calling the cops I can't believe how unprofessional she is honestly just wow no consideration for other people and costumers !!!!!!! I'm still unable to get my issue resolved due to her unprofessionalism !!!! I pray and sincerely ask that cooperate has a long talk with her ! She has absolutely no respect for costumers and honestly needs to learn some respect!!!! Someone pleas teach this yung spoiled girl some costumers service and some respect! Cooperate pleas !!!! She refuses to even tell me her name!!

Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. If you're looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care, I'd absolutely recommend them.

I write about virtual gaming and needed a projector for the laser pistols to work properly, but I didn't want to replace my 80" LCD. The solution was to hang a screen that would come down in front of my existing screen and equipment racks. One problem is that the screen needs to be too far out to hang from a wall and the second problem is it needs to hang from a slanted cathedral ceiling. Premier AV Tech met me in a video call to survey the room and they kept in close contact the whole time. They let me know that the screen they ordered for me was defective when it was tested. When they reached out to the manufacturer, they found that a replacement would take way too long so they worked to get me an even better screen at no increase in price. On installation day they covered my equipment and had the screen up and running in a few short hours. A++

Worked out a deal for 2 phones below sticker price. Guy kept trying to sell us the higher phone. Tried to upsell me higher service for data, took 20 mins to get everything out the door so that was fast. Gave a free phone case and screen protector. Would have gone 1 star for the business making it into sales environment and misleading instead of a retail but since he came thru with the product quickly which I wanted, I left fairly happy. No $50 dollar phones, it's $70 min. They will show you a $50 phone tcl when you transfer a new line and then say some random higher price if it's just the phone without service. I guess I should have tried to buy the phones without the service which they are obligated to do but I didn't have the time to screw around.

I was…read moreinitially approached for what was presented as a simple phone purchase, but later discovered additional services, charges, and lines that were not clearly explained to me at the time of the transaction. I also had difficulty obtaining proper receipts and documentation from the store. After spending weeks dealing with customer service, disputes, and multiple follow-ups, I finally received my refund. However, even after the refund was resolved, I attempted to return the devices professionally and responsibly. I went back to the store with the phones and simply requested a written return receipt or acknowledgment showing the devices were received. To my surprise, I was told they could not provide any return receipt, written confirmation, or proof of return at all. Because I was being asked to leave expensive devices without any documentation, I did not feel comfortable leaving them there. At this point, I am not asking for additional money or compensation. I am only asking for professionalism, transparency, and basic documentation that any customer should reasonably expect during a return process. My advice to customers: * Carefully review every charge before leaving the store * Ask for printed receipts immediately * Read all agreements carefully before signing * Keep screenshots and records of all communication * Use a credit card when possible for additional protection I hope management improves communication and customer transparency because no customer should have to spend this much time trying to resolve basic billing and return issues.
