I was on facetime with my partner to pick out a shoe as a gift for a birthday party the day of and for the life of me i couldn't hear shit. My volume was all the way up and we were both getting frustrated because we couldn't hear eachother as i was showing him the shoe options. I honestly didn't even want to buy any shoes the lady was giving attitude and a hard time almost like she didn't even want me to buy anything seriously not exaggerating at all. at the register i couldn't hear what she was saying over the loud music and she spoke up but with MAJOR tone and even gave a little face attitude.... I wanted to get shoes for myself too but hell no i didn't wanna go through that i felt so un welcomed shes lucky it was an emergency gift if not i would've simply said yk what ? bi'm good and walked away i wish i got her name but it was a short girl w a slick back pony tail. I'm not one to write a review but damn that was frustrating as hell !!!!!!!! Wouldn't wanna come back and i hope the owner or manager does something about this wether it's retraining or just calling them out on it because it's upsetting seeing employees ruin the reputation of a business when it's probably not even the owners fault
