The odd part, wasn't exactly mixed up. Noodles on one side, veggies on a another side and meat. A bit of work to mix it all. So that assumes that all of it was not fully cooked together, which I feel helps to get more of the flavour across all of the ingredients, but to each their own. - and the Steam Buns, those were quite good. The dough was pretty thick for the small appetizers But a good overall. The latter dish is actually a popular Chinese chicken dish that is not commonly offered in Chinese westernized restaurants. Highly recommend this dish if you are looking for comfort food. Make sure you ask for their chilli sauce which is great for the beef brisket! My favourite dish was #519 fried tofu...this was perfectly done and I requested the sauce to be on the side. The best way to eat fried tofu is to dip the hot crispy tofu with a bit of the sauce!
