    Asian Cucumber Salad

Yum! Best noodle soup I've had in a long time. Easy to make your own customized soup or noodle dish with paper checkbox sheet. Appetizers and drinks are listed on the opposite side - it's about as easy as it gets. I had the spicy broth with Shanghai noodles, pork chop and Enoki mushrooms. My husband ordered the original broth with beef and Shanghai noodles. Both our dishes came with Bok Choy, green onions and I ordered mine with cilantro. My husbands needed an extra kick so he added chili oil and a bit of soy sauce. Mine, the spicy one, was especially delicious. We also ordered scallion pancakes, pan seared dumplings and Chinese cucumber salad to start. I'm so glad we ordered the cucumber- it was so tasty and helped cool our mouths from the spicy soups. It was covered in garlic chucks and marinated in sesame soy mix. Delicious! My new favorite food as a garlic lover this is a game changing complement to spicy dishes. It was a little spicy from the garlic and a bit of peppers on its own, but was a great side dish that enhanced all others. Yum! We were also pleased we ordered both the scallion pancakes (which were a little greasy) and the dumplings. The soy sauce the dumplings came was citrusy and made the dumplings even tastier. We ate like royalty for $46. It was helpful on the budget end that they don't serve alcohol so we stuck with water and saved our money for dessert. There just so happens to be a frozen yogurt place next door called Yogurty's! Perfect cool off after the meal. New go-to date night spot.

Went here again with some friends and got the Sweet & Sour fish bento and the scallion pancake! Both were pretty good, and the bento portion was quite large! The scallion pancake was smaller & thinner than i thought it'd be though.

We stopped for a quick lunch with no knowledge of the restaurant. We were seated right away and did not wait long for service and the food came out very quickly as well. There is an option to build your own soup based noodles or something off the regular menu. We chose the regular dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty and we all enjoyed our dishes. We would come back to try other dishes in the future.

There are not a lot of hearty food options around McMaster so when I saw that a noodle house was opening right across from the McMaster campus on Main St. W, I was very excited. As an asian who misses her noodles, this was a great addition to the already growing number of food places around campus offering alternatives to expensive cafeteria food. Overall the Arch Noodle House provides a decent simple bowl of noodles. The broth is nice and light but also flavourful and the toppings are plentiful. I would describe the style as more of a Northern Chinese flavour. I ordered the noodles with BBQ pork. I feel like the portion was moderate: not as large as you would get at a pho place but also not tiny. The pricing was okay - between $12-$15/bowl. There are also a few simple appetizers on the menu but its pretty pared down - mostly focusing on the noodles. One word of warning BEWARE of spicyness. There is an option to have your noodles spicy and I mean SPICY. I accidentally did this and had to order extra broth to drown out the spicy oils. My friend couldn't even finish his bowl because of the spicyness. Not a dealbreaker for me but just be aware of this fact. TL;DR - Medium sized noodles, northern style, don't get it too spicy

This is probably the best noodle house in town. The service is fast and the food quality is excellent. We ordered the beef noodle soup and the chicken cold noodles, along with some appetizers. The broth is flavourful and noodles are fresh. They are also very generous with the portion size. I couldn't even finish the whole bowl even when I was starving the whole day. The price is reasonable. The location is very convenient. Highly recommend. I will be a regular for sure.

We tried this noodle house when my family went to visit some friends today. The restaurant was spacious and pretty well design wall paint. The service was pretty quick, we got seated as soon as we walked into this place. We ordered two red braised brisket beef noodles, regular beef noodles and some other side dishes. I'm not gonna lie...the red brisket beef noodles were AMAZING!!!they were probably the BEST brisket beef noodles I've ever tried!! They were tender and flavourful. As for quantity, were large, filling and delicious. They were more than enough for me but just enough for my husband to finish. He's a heavy eater. Hot noodles with soup is always a great meal in a cold day. Overall the is food great with reasonable priced. I would love to come back again to try some other bowls and dishes.

Seating for about 8 -10 people. This particular day I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup. A massive bowl of fresh hand made noodle and fresh wontons in a delectable broth. This broth was not hot chili wise as some other soups they offer with naked thus place unique. Each bowl is crafted with a different taste and being a small place the chef is visible to see! The attention to detail in every bowl is amazing as he takes time to perfect each to be a perfect presentation. Very hawker/street style! No need to go to Toronto it's all right here. The hours are limited during the week and more flexible on weekend as the there is only one guy (the chef) and a counter person. highly impressed highly recommend

However if you're looking for absolutely authentic noodles and dumplings served up steaming hot with the sweetest owners then go ahead and pay them a visit. Everything was so inexpensive for the portion size! The beef noodle soup was heaven in a bowl and we loved the pork wontons both steamed and fried. Lots of street parking close by but be warned there is not much seating and it's super cold if you sit by the door as there's lots of people going in and out. Seriously incredible stuff

I preferred the seaweed, which was pretty delicious actually. We also ordered the beef brisket noodle soup, a stir fry noodle dish with pork, and buns. The soup was delicious - great flavor, noodles were amazing as expected. The brisket was tasty but difficult to eat because you had to chew for a long long time, long enough to swallow, if that makes sense. I just let my husband eat all of the beef after my one bite. The pork dish was good too but the flavors didn't wow me. Maybe I should have ordered something spicier - although adding the chili spice helped a lot. The soup buns (5 buns/order) were amazing - super hot (temperature wise) and very tasty. We were almost too full to finish them. All ingredients seemed super fresh. Always cool to see the noodles being made - just be prepared for loud noises, especially if you have your back turned away from the counter. I guess other hand pulled noodle places I've been to there's some sort of separation or glassed in area to see them being pulled, but when the dough gets slammed onto the counter it's quite loud. I would bet each batch has at least 3 slams? I'm sure it's to get the air pockets out and is necessary - I just wonder if there's a sound barrier type option or maybe some funny sign warning or heads up from the waitstaff? We can't wait to try something else from Noodle Me!

What a smart marketing catch to grab those noodling craving urges…read more Well, doing a bit of searching for dinner and found Noodle Me. Let's get in to ... first, off currently Aug 2019, there is construction on the roads around the strip that Noodle Me is within, so it took us a while just to get in to the parking lot. Then we noticed there isn't a whole lot of parking. Maybe some across the street. But keep that in mind if you are driving over. Once we got in, the place is a nice small place. Does have lots of sitting, but slightly packed to fill more people. The staff was very friendly and the menu had nice photos for some of their meals to entice the new comers. So myself, my wife and my sister in law went in new. Ordered the wonton soup, combo lo-mein and their steam buns (thought they were dumplings). - The Wonton soup brother was very good. Noodles, not really anything to overly rave about and wontons were plenty. So an overall good dish. - The Combo Lo-Mein, was quite good. Enjoyed the noodles and a good variety of meat and vegetables. The odd part, wasn't exactly mixed up. Noodles on one side, veggies on a another side and meat. A bit of work to mix it all. So that assumes that all of it was not fully cooked together, which I feel helps to get more of the flavour across all of the ingredients, but to each their own. - and the Steam Buns, those were quite good. The dough was pretty thick for the small appetizers But a good overall. I will say the overall flavour is good and wouldn't hesitate to visit again if I'm in the area, but wouldn't drive across the city for it.

We were so happy to rediscover it through DoorDash delivery! We got 2 delicious ramen dishes. My husband ordered the pork with wide noodles and we both really enjoyed it! The flavor was bright, and spicy and the textures of the potatoes and veggies was so enjoyable. I got the brisket which was also delicious, but the pork was pretty special. We tried a few appetizers - edamame, garlicky spicy cucumbers with sesame and chicken wings which were delicious. We also got the buns and did not care for them - which I had forgotten we must have ordered the same before once I saw them. Does not affect the 5 star score - the ramens and other appetizers were 10/10. Can't wait to try more! I love that you can order different widths of noodles from capillary super thin - extra wide and 6 different options in between! They also have rice noodle dishes. Amazing menu + ramen!

The ambiance at the restaurant isn't the best, with the carryout area being pretty cluttered and the tables pretty plain. However, the food was great. The beef skewers and chicken wings both had phenomenal seasoning that was spicy but not too much of a kick. Their house-made chili sauce was also really tasty and it's nice that they bring it with vinegar so you can temper the heat if you overdo it. Service was friendly and even July 2022, they are still taking great COVID precautions.
