Staples- first off Ty for adding Amazon returns to your stores…read more Second whoever is the manager, please give Sean a big raise. I normally don't review employees but he really went above and beyond. There were multiple people in line from purchasing. Amazon returns and passport pictures. He was able to keep everyone calm, was soooooo efficient and got to everyone in a timely manner. Give him that well deserved raise!

I really want to rely on this location for my professional and creative projects, but after…read moremultiple attempts, the inconsistency has become impossible to ignore. For a "pro-level" printing hub, the experience consistently falls short of the mark. Here are the primary pain points that continue to stall my workflow: * Knowledge Gaps & Technical Friction: There is a significant disparity in the expertise of the staff. When you are paying for professional print services, you expect the team to understand paper weights, bleed margins, and finish types. Unfortunately, I often find myself explaining the basics of my own file requirements to staff who seem unfamiliar with their own equipment's capabilities. * Online Order Discrepancies: The online ordering system allows you to select specific dimensions and finishing options, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I've stood at an empty counter while multiple employees walked by, only to be told that no one else has the login or the training to simply hand over a completed order or check a status. The Bottom Line: If you have a simple, standard-sized document to print, you might be fine. But for anything involving custom dimensions, professional finishing, or a tight deadline, the lack of accountability and technical skill makes this location a gamble. Until they invest in better staff training and bridge the gap between their online promises and in-store execution, I'll be taking my business to a dedicated local print shop.

We were both a bit nervous going in, as we weren't familiar with the process or the paperwork involved, but Suneela made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was not only highly knowledgeable and efficient, but also patient, friendly, and genuinely kind. She walked us through each step with clarity and confidence, making sure we understood everything and that all our documents were in order. Her professionalism was exceptional, and her warm, personable demeanor--along with her sense of humor--made the entire experience enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such a positive attitude. Suneela truly goes above and beyond, and it made a lasting impression on both of us. I highly recommend visiting the Milpitas Post Office for passport services, especially if it's your first time. Ask for Suneela--you'll be in excellent hands. Thank you again for helping us prepare for our trip next year!

I needed to get my shipping labels printed out since it's prepaid, & Depop even said I can ask USPS to print out my labels for me, I see others do the same. When I get to the front, I ask the guy if he can print out the shipping labels for me, instead he goes on a list of what I have wrong and made me look at the board of how I should have my packages... I didn't seal up my packages yet because I didn't have my labels. He said he can't print my labels out, I have to do it at home. It would've saved me and him time if he just answered my initial question. I also swear he could've printed them out, he just didn't want to Update: I had to prove it to myself & he was lyinggg! I went to another USPS & they easily printed it out for me

We saw a line so I asked our CEO to wait in line while I asked permission of the people who waited in line before us, for me to ask a quick question. They gave me the okay. I asked the person at the counter whether we need to wait in line if we have an appointment. The staff person was curt and responded, "You need to wait in line!" I walked back and stood next to our CEO. The CEO and I talked to each other and commented that although we made the appointment, we still have to be in line. The staff member overheard us and yelled out, "Just like you go to the doctor's office, you have an appointment but you still have to be in line'!" Hello, 1) UPS is not the doctor's office, 2) the people waited before us did not have an appointment, they came to drop off packages, 3) at the doctor's office, you have seats to wait for your turn! Wrong analogy! My CEO and I continued to talk among ourselves. The staff member yelled out again, "I told you to be in line!" I responded, "We are in line!" I turned and asked my CEO, "C, are you in line?" Our CEO was obviously in line and he said, "Yes, you can see I am in line". The staff knew he was wrong and rude, did not offer an apology but just said, "I did not know you were together". I told him, "If you look at the appointment on your computer, you would have seen I notated the service was for two people!" The staff member was rude and not professional. The place smells like urine near the counter. Thank you but I will not be back.
