The recipes have changed and the new crew in charge are so slow, maybe because they all have ear buds in constantly and often have full conversations on the phone while you're trying to talk to them. I was in just now, barely a word from the woman at the counter, but she was in full conversation the whole time. And it smelled like cigarette smoke.
