Needed an exhaust install and swap for my S6. Called around and most shops either wouldn't do the work with the parts I already had or were booked out 3 weeks. Came across Clinton at shifted and he got me in the same week. The Xpipe I had required the stock resonator to be cut and removed. The install of the new Xpipe was complete but Clinton showed me the clamps provided were not tight and would cause a small leak. He ordered the correct clamps for the Xpipe and installed those the next week free of charge. They now are secure and don't leak. The BRZ had an engine light on, leaking oil and would randomly shut off. Did some magic with the MAF censor, tune up, resealed the timing belt and replaced the clutch. So far, no engine light and the BRZ is running strong. Will continue to monitor. read more

These guys are awesome. I took my truck into Les Schwab for what I thought was an issue with my ABS system. After their diagnostic they let me know there was no issue with the ABS. Shifted Performance gave me a call and let me know that it would cost $120 for the diagnostic. After their review part of the issue was the sensor not reading but the main issue was the bearing was worn causing this issue. And with it being caught so early there was no damage done to the rest of the drivetrain. These guys went above and beyond by getting the parts and service completed within 2 hours. Was it a little more than I was expecting yes. But after looking at what Les Schwab quoted to what I paid these guys definitely saved me $100 or more. I've truly never had a better experience with a mechanic service than I did here. My car broke down early one morning and I'm not local so I was worried about finding a place that's reasonably priced and not going to scam me. I called Shifted Performance to see if I could get my car towed there at 7am and they told me to come on over. I also don't drive a sports car so I wanted to double check they'd work on my Chevy Tahoe. While I was at work they texted me a quote for the service and I could accept or decline on the link. Took my 03 WRX wagon to have it checked over and tuned. I have never even sat in a Subaru up until this. I recently bought the car and had to fix a bunch leaks and micky mouse BS work done by the previous owner. The car already had a header and cat back so I tossed on a down pipe and took it over to Shifted Performance for a once over. They put on a boost controller and tuned it. A couple of days later I headed up to Washington for the Northwest Rally Cross. I beat the ever loving piss out of the thing and it asked for more. Full send every chance I got. I put my mechanic skill and Shifted Performance tune to the test. You would think I was trying to blow it up, I expected to find a weak link but this little Boobaru took it on the chin. I chose them based on some reviews that I read, and the reviews were accurate. I was in Alaska and had a 2011 sti in Reno. So i had to do ever thing long distance. I called them, they listened to everything I had to say and then help put a solid build plan together. We are doing it in phases. They got the car and started the build as planed. As they were working on the car i was constantly calling them and adding to the build, which I am sure is a total pain in the but, when your a business that has to work on a schedule and then the customer changes thing all the time. BUT they just listened and were tremendously patient and accommodating. WICH SAYS SOMETHING IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN! As far as the work goes, they were top quality! The engine bay was clean and tidy, and the aftermarket parts were installed in a way that left the bay uncluttered and tight looking! The parts were of the top brand name and the price point was spot on. They DID NOT mark the parts way up and try to gouge me. We installed Cobb full exhaust, intake, air/oil separator, Cobb passport, full suspension with active control module, torsion bars font and back with rod ends and a fresh alignment. Also added a new pioneer head unit and any more mods, as well as a gage pod ( the interior install was immaculate). Then we finished up with a full pro tune! When i picked up the car, it was ready to go. They spent tons of time going through everything making sure I understood and was comfortable. Then I immediately packed the car and drove across the country and i didn't have a single issue with the car. And while driving across country, i had a question about a function of one of the modes, they took my call and walked me through the function right there on the spot. I was great full. Oh also during the build they were great communicators, sending in progress photos, and calling to work though parts issues or build changes due to spending money more wisely.
