He's fixed brakes, replaced brakes, changed out Tires, changed out the suspension fork, changed out pedals just to name a few of the services. We've had done. I had been doing my research for e-bikes for a couple of weeks now and came across this place. The owner was there working on a bike, he's the one that helped us. He was nice and really trying to help us but I got my first red flag when he didn't speak to us about mileage or asked the distance my son was going to ride the bike. When I asked him what class was this bike he wasn't able to give me a direct answer. But he showed me how fast it could go and it was 30 mph. Again, me needing him to clarify because my son can only get a class 2 but he wouldn't clarify what the bike really was. And I can see why, he just builds them. Also, the bike only had one motor. In a prior e-bike store (with more professional salesmen) we were told only one kid could ride on a one motor e-bike. So I asked him since it only had one motor if only one kid max. This man said yes two kids can ride on a one motor e-bike. I did my research and no, only one kid can ride on a one motor e-bike. False information. Now I can see how if I would have purchased this bike it would have messed up quite fast. I am glad I decided to take a look at other reviews. I kept getting red flags and I'm glad I listened to my gut. Saved myself from a bad experience.

I have low back and hip issues, and was looking for a more comfortable road bike. Paul patiently went above and beyond...he educated me on different brand/model road bikes. He never pressured me to purchase anything. It was evident that it was more important to him that I make an educated decision. I reached out to him a second time, about 1 to 2 months after our initial conversation. He was gracious enough to re-fit me on my current road bike (I had previously been fitted by a different bike shop) and the adjustments he made toallowed me to ride in a more comfortable position. The beach trail was fantastic. The lady there was really thorough and good about explaining how to use the bike, points of interests and events going on by the beach, and answering our questions. She spoke clearly and at a slower pace so we really understood everything well. The bikes were cruiser-style bikes. They sell e-bikes as well and had many on sale. The bad: They don't have options for kids' seats or trailers. The interesting: There's no age requirement but you have to be at least 4'10" (?) ish or taller to ride their bikes. They'll give you a bike based on your height. You're given a bike lock as well. The basket in the front is stuck to the frame so it doesn't move with the direction of the front wheel. You only need a pedal assist of 1 for the beach because it's flat but it can go all the way up to 9. Helmets are optional.

I thought that was excellent customer service. Why loose a potential long time customer for a few bucks and a misunderstanding. I really appreciate Steve for helping me. This place is awesome they have a wide variety of options for bikes and accessories. They also have reasonable prices they have e-bikes worth a thousand or more on sale for hundreds .
