He saw to my issue immediately, and after the adjustments were made, I fully expected to at least pay for his time and labor, but to my surprise, they did not charge me a Dime for their service and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I left feeling very impressed with the immediate attention to my bike needs as well as for their complimentary service. On today, it was my intention to stop by, but this time for a brake inspection and/or possible service, and again, no disappointments whatsoever. They took my ebike in and diagnosed the issue, and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. These guys are very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, with fast convenient service, and reasonable prices. I had been doing my research for e-bikes for a couple of weeks now and came across this place. The owner was there working on a bike, he's the one that helped us. He was nice and really trying to help us but I got my first red flag when he didn't speak to us about mileage or asked the distance my son was going to ride the bike. When I asked him what class was this bike he wasn't able to give me a direct answer. But he showed me how fast it could go and it was 30 mph. Again, me needing him to clarify because my son can only get a class 2 but he wouldn't clarify what the bike really was. And I can see why, he just builds them. Also, the bike only had one motor. In a prior e-bike store (with more professional salesmen) we were told only one kid could ride on a one motor e-bike. So I asked him since it only had one motor if only one kid max. This man said yes two kids can ride on a one motor e-bike. I did my research and no, only one kid can ride on a one motor e-bike. False information. Now I can see how if I would have purchased this bike it would have messed up quite fast. I am glad I decided to take a look at other reviews. I kept getting red flags and I'm glad I listened to my gut. Saved myself from a bad experience.

I explained to him what my skill level was, the course of the tri, and what my budget was and he help pick out a few bikes within my budget and had me try them out. After waiting two weeks, I received a text saying the bike was ready and that the total would be $89.99, including parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. I would strongly recommend others double-check their work before riding

I have low back and hip issues, and was looking for a more comfortable road bike. Paul patiently went above and beyond...he educated me on different brand/model road bikes. He never pressured me to purchase anything. It was evident that it was more important to him that I make an educated decision. I reached out to him a second time, about 1 to 2 months after our initial conversation. He was gracious enough to re-fit me on my current road bike (I had previously been fitted by a different bike shop) and the adjustments he made toallowed me to ride in a more comfortable position. I felt like I was on a completely different bike. The refitting coupled with our initial conversation was all I needed to know I'd definitely purchase my new bike from him. I wanted to ride without her first to get a feel of it as I've member owned a cargo bike let alone an ebike. Prices were competitive and staff was very polite and accommodating. Lastly, the location is primo as well, right next to the strand bike path (a few blocks away). Will be returning anytime I need to rent an ebike, to purchase or even for future maintenance!
