I do a lot of DIY projects but I don't need high end tools... this is why I LOVE Harbor Freight…read more For this trip, I didn't need a ton of stuff, mainly a flap disc for my angle grinder (which I also bought previously at H.F.). Of course I grabbed a few extras like a couple extra pairs of safety glasses on sale for $1.49 each and some new leather work gloves for $5.99. What sets Harbor Freight apart from big box stores is the service! All the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. Great products, great prices and great service.

The folks here are generally friendly ... I arrived at the register with my three bales and the cashier said "Someone could've brought those up for you." I let her know that it wasn't a problem and that I had also encountered two employees on the way to the hay, both of whom could have informed me of the same thing. Not a deal-breaker, but indicative of lackluster customer service nonetheless. I'll be back here if and when I need something that they carry. The selection for lawns, pets and outdoor living in general is good. They're a little pricey, but where else can one find a watering trough in this neck of the woods? All in all, these folks are worthy of repeat business.
