I had bought several thousand dollars worth of cabinets at the Pine Bluff store and had such…read moreexcellent service in contrast to Beaumont. After me walking in passing five different people and not one person said hey how are you doing? Is there anything I can help you with? I went directly to the cabinets and picked out what I wanted. I had to flag someone down who was getting water from behind the counter he kinda nodded at me and took his time to get there no big deal and so while he took my little cabinet up because are you sure you only want 12 inches I said, sir that's exactly what I want right there and so then he turns around he goes OK and while he's checking me out in that burps once, twice, but three times and I'm looking at him and finally he says oh excuse Me. Extremely poor Customer Service it is not what I'm a accustomed to and I have dealt with this store. Many many times when I had 27 rent properties in Beaumont so I know what this store is capable of I know what their content is and I was not impressed with the personnel whatsoever. He kept asking me if I was moving to Arkansas. I told him it was none of his business. But how rude number one not to speak to anybody when they walk in number two how rude it is to be Belgian in front of somebody and I turned around. I asked him I said and so what is your name? He said it's Cliff Clifford, Clifford I said OK I said I still like Pine Bluff better. At this rate, I thought I was in a low-grade hardware store.

Not the most clean ever but fine. In the women's there's 3 stalls, one of which is handicap. The handicap stall does have a changing table in it Variety/pricing: The prices are on par with other Marshall's stores. Somethings are pricier than I'd pay but some are just right. They do have a pretty big clearance section as well Other things: They have a ton of Hello Kitty items They're in full swing for Easter They have way more checkout lanes open than other stores which made the line go quickly

This is more of a crafts store anyways. Mats, interior decors. There's lots of varieties from this store. Like the decorations. Hobby Lobby .VS. Michaels, who would win? The answer: A tie, it differs on what you choose to buy from a holiday or school project. But anyways, this place is great!

I truly thought I was going to be here all day worrying about making the wrong decision. I walked in - the sweetest girl asked me a few questions and got me on the exact right flooring. She signed me up for the guys to come get all of the exact measurements - it was ridiculously easy, I was a little skeptical because it was too easy. While I was there a few other employees came and talked to me so it really seems like this place just has customer service figured out. Done! I think I was there maybe 15 minutes total. They win all of my business.

The manager of the Beaumont store, Erica, is very rude and indifferent. I bought the flooring and…read moreinstallation from LL flooring. The installers were late on day 2 of the installation. When I called the Beaumont LL Flooring to find out where they were, Erica basically told me that was not her problem and suggested I contact the installer who was contracted to do the work. Of course she prefaced this with she had just walked into the office at 9:15am. Prior to our conversation I had no idea who was hired to perform the installation. Erica provided me with the name and contact information of the company hired to do the installation, Dwight Construction Company (DCC). I talked to the manager, who quickly called me back after doing some checking and updated me. One would think, even from a customer service perspective, since I paid LL Flooring for the job, Erica as the manager of the local store would follow up on the whereabouts of the people they hired to perform the job. I received a better experience and response after calling the national office in North Carolina. The installers, from DCC, did an excellent job after some hiccups in the early stages of the installation. If this is the usual behavior of the local manager of LL Flooring, I will not recommend LL Flooring to any one.

I've been working around here for about a year and a half and did not know such thing. Welcome to the Walmart of the tools stores. Here is an excellent place to find those tools that are cheap in price as well as craftmanship but that is not a bad thing. Why get those kind of tools here do you ask? Well if you worked in the construction business you will most likely understand that you need those "cheap" tools to lend to your co workers that like to not give things back, you've lost only $5 and not $15, get it? Got it? Good! There are lots of "gadget" tools that will keep you amazed and wondering why those were not invented earlier or why you have not seen them anywhere else. They have everything from those electronic fly swatters ($5 here, $12 at other places), your staple tools aka wrenches, sockets, screw drivers etc, varment traps, compressors, small electric hand tools, jewelry cleaners, wheels, welders and women.... yes, they shop here too. Customer service is pretty much helpful and friendly. If they notice the lines getting backed up a quick intercom call will squash the situation in minutes via stand in's hustling from the back to man the other two cash registers. Parking is plenty, it sits in the same parking lot as a pawn shop so if you can't find what you need over there, you should be able to find it here. Note, if you ever see the word "Pittsburgh" on someone's tools, you pretty much know where they bought it. If you are a married woman and want a place to drop off your man for a few hours while you do whatever you need to do.......well this is the place, he won't miss you while he's in here, just saying.
