The manager of the Beaumont store, Erica, is very rude and indifferent. I bought the flooring and…read moreinstallation from LL flooring. The installers were late on day 2 of the installation. When I called the Beaumont LL Flooring to find out where they were, Erica basically told me that was not her problem and suggested I contact the installer who was contracted to do the work. Of course she prefaced this with she had just walked into the office at 9:15am. Prior to our conversation I had no idea who was hired to perform the installation. Erica provided me with the name and contact information of the company hired to do the installation, Dwight Construction Company (DCC). I talked to the manager, who quickly called me back after doing some checking and updated me. One would think, even from a customer service perspective, since I paid LL Flooring for the job, Erica as the manager of the local store would follow up on the whereabouts of the people they hired to perform the job. I received a better experience and response after calling the national office in North Carolina. The installers, from DCC, did an excellent job after some hiccups in the early stages of the installation. If this is the usual behavior of the local manager of LL Flooring, I will not recommend LL Flooring to any one.

They have everything for your home, and it's nearly always great quality! Stuff for the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room, and the dorm room. They have stylish decor and top notch appliance brands. I saw luggage when I was in there, and Dyson vacuums. China. They have China! (Not the country; that fancy dinnerware that brides register for, but then never eat off because that special occasion just hasn't come around yet.) They also have a really good selection of seasonal items, gifts, and trial size products. Aside from furniture, I've seen pretty much everything in this store. I challenge you to find something else they don't sell.

The coupon is legit, not expired not a copy, not tampered with. Britney and Lynn ( managers) has a lot of questions; where did I get the coupon, etc. I told them I'm going to make a complaint with the BBB, call the corporate office and make a negative report on Yelp. Lynn said "go ahead". Britney finally took care of the problem and lo and behold, machine accepted the coupon. At first she said she can't override the machine to accept the coupon. First time to step on that store and that will be the last. I'm not coming back!

Three of them all need batteries, one of them, I had an issue with the winding pin pulling out, needed new pins in the wrist band after one or two of them had suddenly broke and I almost dropped the watch! The 4th needed a new band altogether! I haven't been in here in over 20 years or better and it was Frank's back then. There were two young ladies working and one wasn't busy and asked if she could help. I explained the issue with all of the watches and thought I would have to drop them off, but she jumped right on changing the batteries in two of them!! The second young woman was through with her customer and asked what else I had? I explained the one she picked up needed a battery, but I told her that the winding pin has pulled out and I didn't know if it needed a part or just put back in place. She looked at it and got the battery changed and told me the pin has been re-seated! She also pointed out that the battery was so old it has started leaking just a little acid. She said it cleaned up, but it could potentially be an issue down the line. I found out her name was Wendy and she was mentioned in a lot of the reviews on Google! She looked at my fourth watch and it was a Citizen. Luckily the sold all the brands of watches I brought in this morning. The band has broken in two places on it, one on both sides. She told me they didn't have a band for it and would have to order one and it could take from 7 to 10 days to come in. I told her that was no problem at all, I want in a big hurry. By this time the other young lady had the batteries changed in the two watches she was working on. Wendy asked if I wanted to take the last watch or leave it. I told her I would just leave it with them as they would have to put the band on for me anyways. So she took care of the watch that needed the band and made receipts out for the other three for me. I paid what I owed on the three repairs which I thought was really reasonable and she told me she would call me when she found out about a band for the fourth. It was a really nice experience being in here since the name has changed. Wendy told me she had worked in here when Frank still owned it! I told her the last time I was in which was years back I had two pocket knives engraved for two of my coworkers. She told me that Frank used to do that on a manual engraving machine himself!! She said that they had Lazer engravers now that did a better job!!! Both of these Ladies were very friendly and outgoing ready to help with whatever you might be looking for! They had a nice selection of jewelry, men's and women's. They also sell watches, with brands like Bulova, Seiko, Fossil, and Citizen. I'm sorry I didn't get the other young Lady's name, but I'm pretty sure Wendy is also the store manager there too! At any rate, it's nice to know I have a really great watch repair close by! They also repair and also make jewelry there at the store! So if your looking to buy or looking to get a watch battery, or watch repaired, you have an awesome place nearby! It was a really good experience for me, next time I'm going to have to try to find my wife something she might like. I didn't mention that they also can make new jewelry out of old rings into something completely different, maybe from an idea you have!!! It's just a very nice little store!
