When back in with the receipt and they said I had to go back to Canon for a refund even thought their web page says they have a 30 return policy. Asked for the Manage and was told he was on vacation. Asked when he would be back so I can talk to him. I was told they cannot give out that information. This is a lot of money, and I feel like they are stealing from me. If I have to go back to Canon, then I have to pay for shipping. They could have replaced the defective product but instead this will cost them a valued customer. These low level employees do not care if the company loses a valued customer. I will not shop there anymore.

When we entered, there was a marked difference in the temperature of the mall and the temperature in the store. Okay, perhaps their AC is on the fritz. We kept shopping, and saw an ad for BOGOHO Levi's. Okay. We found what we were looking for, but wanted to pay. Every register closed. The one middle eastern lady we found was too busy talking to her friend, she wouldn't take our payment. She told us to go to cosmetics, where we had to wait ~7 minutes for some random dude to pull off his "high finance" at the register. When it was our turn, we talked to the very nice cashier who told us the AC has been out every Summer since she started working there....FIVE years ago. Seriously? After payment, we left cosmetics and found the chatty Cathy employee still talking to, and helping another employee pay. Get it together, JCP. Who the heck wants to try on clothes when they're sweating? Fix your AC and get some employees who want to help.

The store is laid out in the traditional big box, JC Penny design. They have a very large clothing section for Men, boys, girls and women. Prices are reasonable, and they always claim to have a sale going on. I think the sale is purely a marketing ploy, but either way, the prices seem fair. The staff was friendly even with the onslaught of holiday shoppers. I did like this store, but prefer the more modern stand alone stores not attached to a mall. It seemed that those types are easier to navigate.

We have used CVS for 4 years, in the last year they became impossible to do business with. For…read moreExample; (1)They send you text that your prescriptions are ready and you get there and 1 of 2 are ready and it will take another hour for 2nd prescription , (2) takes 1.5 days to get a prescription, this happened 4 times, (3)you go in there and stand in line for 30 minutes with people that do not have masks on, this happens repeatedly, (4) drive is long waits, testing for Covid takes priority over picking up prescriptions. If you question anything, COVID is the reason. Last weekend i went in there on Sunday and they were short staffed, I stood there over and hour and left. What really pushed me over the edge - I had prescription called in on Tuesday 10:am and they still had not filled prescription by Friday at 3:p.m. - I had to get ugly and they said it would be ready in an hour. I went to pick it up and they had run on my insurance and I asked them to run on GoodRX - it was cheaper. You see they are out of network for me. I checked before I left home the cost and it was cheaper with Good RX. When they ran it they said it was same and I said ok will take it - she waited on another drive up customer that came after me to other line and I just drove off after 34 minutes. I called another local pharmacy to have my prescriptions transferred and that pharmacy told me that they won't answer phone most of time and if asked to transfer prescription they do not have time. I have to call all our physician's and get new prescriptions. STAY AWAY FROM CVS. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS ONE STAR.
