Not only were the pharmacy clerks friendly but the pharmacist had my medicine ready in no time despite a a room full of customers who were waiting also. There were several pieces of antique pharmacy cabinets which gave it that quaint drugstore feel. I have a feeling that Fred's is the place to go when you can't find it anywhere else.

When back in with the receipt and they said I had to go back to Canon for a refund even thought their web page says they have a 30 return policy. Asked for the Manage and was told he was on vacation. Asked when he would be back so I can talk to him. I was told they cannot give out that information. This is a lot of money, and I feel like they are stealing from me. If I have to go back to Canon, then I have to pay for shipping. They could have replaced the defective product but instead this will cost them a valued customer. These low level employees do not care if the company loses a valued customer. I will not shop there anymore.
