This location has never filled my prescriptions without some type of issue that was caused by negligence. After being told that the prescription is ready, almost every instance has required multiple visits to the store. Not to mention, that the drive thru has one stall and it's always backed up. Today's refill took me three trips to the pharmacy and a call back to my doctor because CVS had lost my prescription. Never again!!

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before somebody asked me if they could help me. There were four people techs playing grab ass an one pharmacist behind the counter that could see that I was standing there. Once I got registered with the clerk, she told me to go and sit in a waiting area for the pharmacist to draw up the shot to give it to me. I sat in the waiting area for another 30 minutes, which is now 10 after five. Then the pharmacist is insisting that I take the Covid booster, which I haven't had the other two Covid shots and not planning on getting the booster.

As I left the store at approximately 4pm I was joking around ( view the footage ) but the rent a guard at the door got an attitude and said he don't play that and disrespected me even waving me off. I'm sick and tired of always having to understand everyone else because they can't control themselves in a public setting. If they can't be inviting and cordial to customers then they absolutely shouldn't be working there and interacting with the public. I thought Walmart was a friendly place to shop, not some second chance job for anyone off the street. I'm mean really!
