I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before somebody asked me if they could help me. There were four people techs playing grab ass an one pharmacist behind the counter that could see that I was standing there. Once I got registered with the clerk, she told me to go and sit in a waiting area for the pharmacist to draw up the shot to give it to me. I sat in the waiting area for another 30 minutes, which is now 10 after five. Then the pharmacist is insisting that I take the Covid booster, which I haven't had the other two Covid shots and not planning on getting the booster.

Why have so many check out lanes if you're not going to use them? Instead of apologizing or giving an explanation as to why the second prescription wasn't ready, he was very flippant about it, stating "well, it's just not ready, so you can come in and wait or come back in a couple of hours. Then this most recent visit he waited on me again. No "can I help you?", just "you picking up?" , then "alright, let me go get it" , then no thank you, nothing. This guy has a horrible attitude to say the least!!! He doesn't even make eye contact. Hopefully he won't stay long, because if he does, I would consider changing pharmacies. Most recently I needed to get my prescription transferred to this location as I was traveling through the area. Without any drama or delays, they were able to access my information and get it ordered and filled. I have always appreciated CVS for their streamlined refills, usable apps, and courteous staff.
