The customer service in the pharmacy is extremely poor! The staff, minus one lacks empathy. The complaints I've read on other websites prove that they need to be coached on customer service or fired. I match energy, and since the pharmacy supervisor or whatever she is Sania gave me the death stare like she wanted smoke, I gave her exactly what she was looking for tonight! The fact that some of these reviews go back 10+ years and still no improvement says alot about leadership! Because Lea sets the tone for the staff!! I'll never visit this Walgreens again! read more

Just stopped to pick up my medicine and a few items. The cashier answered the phone while she was ringing me up. She charged me for more items than I had. I paid then she started ringing up my items again. I pulled my receipt up on Gmail to show her that she already charged me and I was trying to figure out why she was ringing my items up AGAIN. She FINALLY told the customer on the phone to hold on until she finished with me. She had an nasty attitude after that. read more

The pharmacy crew, on site doctor are terrible in terms of customer service. The arrogance is palpable. Something is very off here. Choose another pharmacy - these people are miserable and it shows in the multitude of reviews on multiple platforms. read more

I guess customer service is not important at this location. I needed some non prescription medicine for a young child. I was told to ask the pharmacy, since the medication must be kept refrigerated. I asked the clerk, but was told to wait for the pharmacist. Apparently they pharmacist was busy because she was very short with me, and obviously didn't listen when I told her it was for a small child. She directed me to the adult version of the medicine, then quickly disappeared. When I attempted to locate her again she was gone. I was so frustrated I left my basket and went across the street to CVS where they were able to help me in under 5 minutes. Thanks for nothing Walgreens. read more

Lacks customer service. Poor attitudes and work ethic. Don't even bother with this pharmacy, take your business elsewhere!!!

Really expensive pharmacy on some medications. Rude pharmacy people that really don't care about the customer. I've recently switched to CVS because of a price gouging issue with Walgreens. I don't do business with them anymore. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It absolutely suck here. I have had so many instances of bad customer service or screwing up filling my meds. And since Hurricane Harvey hit its even worse. This place drives to to drink or become a drug addict to where you need more meds to calm you nerves. I absolutely hate it. If anyone knows of a pharmacy that's the exact opposite of this place please let me know read more

my family and i have been using this pharmacy for years, tried wal-mart's for a while but we need the 24/7 pharmacy because of the jobs my parents hold. the pharmacists and everyone else that works in that department has no clue what the other is doing and. on more than one occasion, i've been able to pick up prescriptions that are under the government's controlled substance act or whatever it's officially called and they haven't asked for identification. one time i had it out to hand to the employee said it wasn't necessary. along the same line of the controlled medicines, you're not allowed to refill them early...which basically is if you have a 30-90 day supply (depending on how many times a day you're suppose to take them) you must wait 30 days. three times they filled the same controlled med of mine after only 14 days. i informed them about it and they said it must've been a fluke yet it still happened 2 more times. my parents are looking into getting a new pharmacy like cvs but one of my medications isn't covered under the off brand to get it cheaper (i don't know the name) and since i have no insurance, this pharmacy is the one i'm stuck with. maybe another day i'll get into the rude employees on here. read more
