Great service and quick turnaround. They we friendly and helpful and got my frames toe really fast

Bought 3 pairs of glasses. They called an said they couldn't put my prescription in one pair. I told them I'd just cancel that pair. Then they tried to rip me off on giving my money back saying I lose my discount of multiple pairs. I had one pair I was able to take home that day (they suck) then the other two I was waiting on. Before work I had to go in and the nice lady that waited on me couldn't help because they said the mgr wanted to talk to me. More like try to strong arm me into finding just anything else- he didn't care if I liked them and he just kept suggesting another of the exact same pair. Now they made me late for work, still no glasses and feeling very unsettled. I canceled the two pairs I was waiting on, but was stuck with the one awful pair (sunglasses) I took home. I liked them, but they are too big and keep falling off, plus the prescription does not seem right ( especially since I had to go back to my eye Dr office and get a new pair; the difference is tremendous) I felt so uncomfortable going back there that I could never get them fixed so they were a waste of $400. read more
