I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience at Gerstenberg Clinic was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I had heard good things about the clinic and decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, the service I received was nothing short of awful. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. The receptionist was barely attentive, and I had to wait far longer than expected just to check in. There was no clear communication about wait times, and no one bothered to offer any updates. When I finally saw the doctor, I felt rushed and not listened to at all. The consultation was brief, and I was given little to no explanation about my treatment options. I had a few questions, but the doctor seemed annoyed and didn't take the time to address them properly. The entire interaction felt like I was a number, not a person. Even worse, the clinic's follow-up process was chaotic. I had to repeatedly call to confirm test results, as no one bothered to get back to me, despite assurances they would. Every time I called, I was put on hold for extended periods, and when I finally reached someone, they seemed equally disinterested in helping. The only thing that seemed organized at the clinic is when it comes to billing. The people calling had answered each and every question I had and were very empathetic with the frustrations I had. The worked with me and I was very grateful to them. Overall, I left Gerstenberg Clinic feeling disrespected, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied with the care I received. I understand that things can sometimes go wrong, but this experience felt like a complete lack of professionalism and care from both the staff and medical team. I will not be returning, and I would caution anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere for better service and care. read more

My husband and I have been clients of Gerstenburg Clinic for 17 months. This past summer my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and had spread to the lymph nodes. Things seemed to drag out endlessly; nothing was getting done. I felt like something had to be done fast. I was told that Ozone and Vit C IVs worked well against cancers. But where do we go for that? I decided to go to the Gerstenburg website and there it was. At the time the clinic had only been doing IVs for eight months. He did three Ozone treatments and several Vit C IVs before they got started on the chemotherapy. (We continued the Vitamin C IVs through the 12 weeks of chem.). By the time Chemo started he was using his oxygen less and less. This week we found out the tumors have shrunk significantly. Dr. Gerstenberg is a phenomenal doctor, truly motivated to help his patients be well and address underlying problems that exist. I have an autoimmune disease, and he advised me to change my diet and nutrition in specific ways, rather than just mask my symptoms with additional medications. I'm a year into taking his advice and I am feeling the best I have felt in many years! I ran a half marathon this last year and have healed my relationship with food. I have been seeing Erin the dietician at Dr.Gerstenbergs clinic for a year and she is wonderful. She has helped me lose over 30 pounds by changing the food I eat. She keeps you motivated and you will get educated on food and nutritional value on the food you eat. Dr.Gerstenberg will also be involved in the evaluation of your health. The blood test they do revealed I was pre-diabetic. After losing weight and changing my eating habits I lowered my A1C to the normal range. I'm continuing to keep it a normal range. My whole family has used Dr G for several years and love him and all of his friendly and caring staff. I Love the options of natural alternatives over Perscription drugs He gives you instead of just writing a prescription. When I was sick a few weeks ago and dehydrated they gave me IV fluids right in the office so I didn't have to go to the ER, that's a deal breaker with me. This clinic is great! A one stop shop which is great to not have to go somewhere separate for labs or testing. The staff are super knowledgeable AND have positive attitudes. I feel like I'm genuinely listened to here, which is a nice change from what I was previously used to. Sometimes I forget about an appointment and they are able to still see me the same day or next day. Both Dr. Gerstenberg and NP Brandi are easy to talk to with an excellent level of care.
