At the front desk you encounter a grumpy Office assistant that makes you feel unwelcome just the way she looks at you . I greeted her as I entered the office with no response from her Very aggressively she asked me about my insurance, which I answered what I knew , she repeatedly made the same question again pretending to make her feel intellectually superior . I asked her to use just one , which is actually her job to find that information. Then , she told me I was late , which I firmly denied . She told me that the next app available was in half an hour . By the way , there were no vehicles in the parking lot and no patients waiting . I decided to leave . Unethical, unprofessional,pathetic.

I put on the "CAM" boot when I got home so I could get from my bedroom to to the bathroom and kitchen without falling. Little did I know that the Anastasia didn't ware off until after 8pm that night. When it did I was in extreme pain every with the pain meds. I removed the book only to discover that my bandages were soaked in blood. I went back to the emergency room at about 10pm that same day. The ER staff was great. They examined the wound and rewrapped it. No trouble, other than the normal pain since then. Thanks to the "Medical Center Of Southeast Texas for helping me.
