After 20 minutes we called back and they said they got stuck in traffic?? at 8:30 at night. when the driver finally came almost an hour later, I wasn't even upset. I figured you know things happen, then when we get into the vehicle the driver is asking us are we in a rush. I tried to explain that we took an Uber to the restaurant to eat but it kept getting canceled when we tried to leave and we didn't know it was gonna be that hard to rebook. Then he goes on to a rant about how Uber drivers should be hung or lynched and how the governor of Texas has outlawed the use of the Uber's, and they still sneaking behind the lines. I was mortified at the points he was making about lynching as a black person. I was really perturbed and chose not to say anything additional because I just wanted get back safely. Then he goes further into his rant about governor saying that a law is coming out to stop cussing. The driver was bat crazy. To add on he never turned on a meter and didn't tell us how much the ride would be. Lastly he did not clarify that it was a Cash Only cab. Then he starts acting like it's my fault that I didn't know how much. I asked did he take any other form of payment other than cash and he asked me where am I from like I am the ignorant one. This was the most insane driver I have ever experienced and I will never utilize the service again. Ride at your own risk!

Unfortunately, they have destroyed the wall that goes to the bedroom with their stretcher. However, that can be repaired. My main problem is they have issues at their dispatch/scheduling/insurance departments. One day they will drop her off at dialysis and then not pick her up. She waited for 3 hours to be picked up. My wife called to find out the problem and the person who answers says they can't pick her up for some reason "fine print" and then tells her she has to pay. The wierd thing is when I call right after her, they say everything is fine. Medicare pays for my MIL - this is covered. This has happened several times. It is getting tiring and I am moving to another service. Unfortunately their office issues make them UNRELIABLE!

No mention of price or payments was made by their drivers. They provided no medical services other than observation. They billed by insurance company and my insurance company paid them. They sent me another bill saying the insurance payment was not enough. I had my insurance company renegotiate and pay them an additional fee. Twice we paid the deductible. Then a few months later they start billing us again asking for nearly 400.00 more, saying that the insurance company still did not pay what they wanted to charge. I called and sent back letters explaining that we had agreed to no certain fee and that if their pricing was too high for insurance, that was between them and my insurance company. They ignored all my correspondence and now they have reported us to a credit collections company who are harassing us. I plan to file formal complaints. NEVER USE THESE VULTURES NO MATTER WHAT. THEY ARE CHARGING TOO MUCH AND CARE LESS ABOUT THE VICTIMS THEY TRANSPORT.
