She was received without delay and the CT showed nothing significant to deal with. Dr Ireland, nurse Faith, radiology tech Tony and admissions rep Amella were all polite, efficient and attentive. I put on the "CAM" boot when I got home so I could get from my bedroom to to the bathroom and kitchen without falling. Little did I know that the Anastasia didn't ware off until after 8pm that night. When it did I was in extreme pain every with the pain meds. I removed the book only to discover that my bandages were soaked in blood. I went back to the emergency room at about 10pm that same day. We continue to use them because they are so amazing at what they do! From the time I drove into the parking lot until I drove out of the parking lot, I was comfortable, greeted with friendly knowledgeable care, the environment is super clean, the staff is so patient, caring, and Family oriented. They made sure that I was comfortable in the setting, that all of my needs were taken care of, and then I felt sure about the diagnosis and where to go from there. I 1000% recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care services. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I will add, when I left, it had started to get dark and there was a parking lot security officer who made sure I even got to my car safely. If you weren't doing ER service like this, you're doing it wrong. Every single patient should feel like a VIP.
