I called several "top rated" cab companies with no luck. Either no answer or no longer in business. King Cab answered right away and a few minutes later I was on my way. This has nothing to do with COVID-19, this has everything to do with horrible customer service. We called this cab and they told us they would be picking us up in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we called back and they said they got stuck in traffic?? at 8:30 at night. when the driver finally came almost an hour later, I wasn't even upset. I figured you know things happen, then when we get into the vehicle the driver is asking us are we in a rush. I tried to explain that we took an Uber to the restaurant to eat but it kept getting canceled when we tried to leave and we didn't know it was gonna be that hard to rebook. Then he goes on to a rant about how Uber drivers should be hung or lynched and how the governor of Texas has outlawed the use of the Uber's, and they still sneaking behind the lines. I was mortified at the points he was making about lynching as a black person. I was really perturbed and chose not to say anything additional because I just wanted get back safely. Then he goes further into his rant about governor saying that a law is coming out to stop cussing. The driver was bat crazy. To add on he never turned on a meter and didn't tell us how much the ride would be. Lastly he did not clarify that it was a Cash Only cab. Then he starts acting like it's my fault that I didn't know how much. I asked did he take any other form of payment other than cash and he asked me where am I from like I am the ignorant one. This was the most insane driver I have ever experienced and I will never utilize the service again. Ride at your own risk! read more

Wonderful Service, I couldn't have asked to call another Taxi company when I needed it. Breaking down with 2 kids and my mother is another story haha! Thank you so much to Randy for helping with what he could and waited with us. Made everything more simple If you ever need a Taxi this one right here is great! This cabs are usually fast to arrive when you called them , their prices are better than others around , as well let me mention this , cabs are clean X I'm a little concern about the appearance of my cab because I had some bad experiences , some how this doesn't look like some nasty Houston cab... The dispatch people is friendly and drivers do speak decent English .... Good luck read more

This was a terrible service! Took over an hour for the cab to arrive. Overpriced, car was filthy and smelled God awful. Driver was on the phone texting the entire time and actually drove past my stop. read more
