After 20 minutes we called back and they said they got stuck in traffic?? at 8:30 at night. when the driver finally came almost an hour later, I wasn't even upset. I figured you know things happen, then when we get into the vehicle the driver is asking us are we in a rush. I tried to explain that we took an Uber to the restaurant to eat but it kept getting canceled when we tried to leave and we didn't know it was gonna be that hard to rebook. Then he goes on to a rant about how Uber drivers should be hung or lynched and how the governor of Texas has outlawed the use of the Uber's, and they still sneaking behind the lines. I was mortified at the points he was making about lynching as a black person. I was really perturbed and chose not to say anything additional because I just wanted get back safely. Then he goes further into his rant about governor saying that a law is coming out to stop cussing. The driver was bat crazy. To add on he never turned on a meter and didn't tell us how much the ride would be. Lastly he did not clarify that it was a Cash Only cab. Then he starts acting like it's my fault that I didn't know how much. I asked did he take any other form of payment other than cash and he asked me where am I from like I am the ignorant one. This was the most insane driver I have ever experienced and I will never utilize the service again. Ride at your own risk!

I said no I need it. He said okay be there in 10 minutes. It has now been an hour and I've called multiple times and this man just ignored my call. They never showed up. I wish I had gotten his name because he was so unprofessional and RUDE. The first time I called I could barely hear him because his music was playing so loud in the background. RUN far away from this company. Seriously, do not use these people.
