The day of our arrival, Betty texted me and provided me with the name of our driver, Kae, and his phone # and told me he will be in baggage claim to meet us after our flight. Soon after, I received a text from Kae. When we landed we went straight to baggage claim, there was Kae right when we got down the escalators holding a digital sign with my name on it. He made it easy to find him. He walked with us (there were 4 of us) to pick up our bags from the carousel then loaded our bags into the suburban. The ride was nice and clean. Kae was welcoming and engaged in our conversations. We started talking about Buc-cees and lo and behold we did a quick pit stop there. Our first time at a Buc-cees so we were super grateful for that stop. The day we came back from the cruise, I received a text from Kae letting me know he was going to be the one picking us up as well. Despite this, the limo remained at the cemetery after drop-off. When we addressed it, the driver apologized and specifically told us we would not be charged for extra time, because he was not taken us back. The next day, our credit card was charged for an additional hour. I contacted Dave, who originally handled the booking and amendment, expecting a professional conversation. Instead, he talked over me, raised his voice, refused to let me explain, claimed he had recordings, and then hung up on me. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate--especially given that this involved a funeral. We have the amended agreement clearly stating four hours of service and ultimately had to dispute the charge. Due to the lack of professionalism, compassion, and accountability, I would never use or recommend MK Limousine Services.

We booked a bus to transport our wedding party during the day, and we also booked our getaway car with them. The bus and getaway car were wonderful. HOWEVER, the communication with Lone Star is beyond horrible. During the booking process we had trouble getting a hold of them at times. They will not respond to emails, and multiple phone calls have to be made to get in contact with them. When we booked our bus, we gave them a specific, wedding designated credit card to charge this to. After the wedding, I discovered that they charged this to my personal credit card. I have made several attempts to contact them and get these charges reversed and onto the correct card, but as expected, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Do not use them unless you enjoy poor communication, and unresolved billing issues.
