No one called to tell me they'd be late. I had to call twice to get the information on where the bus was at. The driver was not very friendly. The bus was not clean and there was trash in the cup holder and also in the ice bucket. I was as told the bus would be stocked with bottled waters and ice. It had neither. When I asked the driver, he said we could stop by the gas station and get some if I wanted it. Remember we were already running an hour late. The driver did not give me information on how to contact him for pickup between stops. Almost 3 hours after our initial pickup time another bus showed up at my house. I'm not sure what is going on there. This was one of the most expensive quotes I got, and the service was the worst I've ever had.

The vehicle was nice and clean. She was fantastic. Airport pick-up, however, was not so good. I use black car service regularly, and this was the first time black car service did not do a meet and greet at baggage claim. I was traveling with my mother, and she is in a wheelchair, so getting our luggage and maneuvering out to find the driver (different driver) was inconvenient. Also, my niece said she was getting car sick, as the drive to the house was quite jerky and brake-heavy. I may use them for the airport drop-off but will look elsewhere for the return/pickup.
