I have ridden with legally intoxicated people who were better, safer drivers. Dispatcher or contractor, MotivCare, have no control over drivers. My insurer is Baylor Scott and White Health Plan in Temple, Texas, and obviously they did not vet the transportation entities. Deal with these folks at your own risk - it's just a matter of time.
