These drivers recognize no agreed upon times for pickup or delivery. They are impossible to…read morecommunicate with because of their limited, broken English. I have ridden with legally intoxicated people who were better, safer drivers. Dispatcher or contractor, MotivCare, have no control over drivers. My insurer is Baylor Scott and White Health Plan in Temple, Texas, and obviously they did not vet the transportation entities. Deal with these folks at your own risk - it's just a matter of time.
