Very easy and almost instant communication. Our driver Ray was waiting for us in the airport and helped us retrieve our bags and take them to the car. Our flight was late and it was after midnight when we got to the limo reception area. Ray immediately put us at ease. He was so nice and pointed out places of interest on the way to our hotel. We were very happy that Ray was the driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport at the end of our trip. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE !!! Reserved a town car yesterday and they never showed up for a 10:00 departure from our hotel to the airport. I called the company right at 10:00 and they didn't know where the driver was and they said sit tight and they would have him call me, he did but was at the wrong hotel and would not be there for 15 minutes. I called the company and they said he was out front of the hotel, they didn't even know where he was. They offered now solution to the problem, we were going to be late for our flight so called an Uber and they came and got us and we barely made it to our flight. I called back to rocket (no show) limo and told them how bad my experience was with them and they still blew me off like it wasn't a big problem. Extraordinarily professional and amazing customer service! First time using a car service to the airport. Had to leave for airport at 3:30a and Sam was there early and ready to go. Had a complicated return with the other half of my party flying in international while I was domestic and Sam 1) made it a point to be the driver to pick me up so I would be comfortable and 2) offered to meet me first, take my luggage then go with me to the international to meet the rest of my party. Outstanding experience with my airport transfer. I flew in from London into Terminal E at IAH, which, of course, is a mess due to construction. My driver met me right outside of baggage claim and led me to the vehicle, which worked out great. The vehicle was nice and very clean, and my driver was friendly and professional. The fare was reasonably priced at $115 + gratuity for a 35-ish mile drive from Hobby Airport (I was quoted $280 from another local service). Just used Rockets Limo today for the first time to pickup a relative from the airport. They were very accommodating with my requests over email. My relative knows almost no English, so I wanted to make a sign for the driver to hold. They were able to print out the sign for me, and even confirmed on the day of the scheduled pickup. (It was icy that day in Houston, so I am glad they were still able to do the pickup.). The fee was a bit on the high side, but I a I booked with Rocket Limo due to their great customer service. I ordered initially through their website, and was promptly contacted by one of their representatives for scheduling. Emailing back and forth was prompt, and he was very thorough in answering my questions. I wanted to book a stretch limo for my wife's 33rd birthday. We were excited! Prior to the scheduling, I confirmed and paid for the service in advance (regrettably). I didn't want to have to deal with payment at the end of the night; just the tip to the driver. I paid the invoice, all is confirmed. On the time of arrival, the driver (Tony) arrived 15 minutes early. My wife was waiting inside eager to leave, and I was thrilled to excite her with the surprise limo. The first thing I noticed was that the window tint on the rear passenger side of the limousine (dodge charger stretch limo, white) was bubbling and peeling off. Odd...I think to myself. Let's not be picky and continue. I met the driver, Tony - he was courteous, but I immediately smelled smoke. My wife and I are sensitive to this, and I strictly ordered because RocketLimo's policy stated their limos were non-smoking. Maybe he just had a cigarette prior to coming. No big deal. So I check the back of the limo. More smoke, and not only that, the interior was old, dirty (carpets were not even vacuumed), and I immediately knew that this limo would not work. I wanted my wife to be proud tonight, and this limousine was not something to be proud of. I immediately called Rocketlimo to see if they can send a replacement. No, they couldn't. They had a party bus that could meet us, but I couldn't convince my wife to get in the smokey limosuine that was outside. Pleading with the Rocketlimo rep yielding little results, he put someone else on the phone who proceeding to argue with me about the condition of the limo. He cleaned it himself, he said. It was the nicest limo in Houston, he said. Are we even talking about the same limo, here?? So here we are now, Rocketlimo is refusing a full refund and trying to haggle with me on the amount refunded. Do yourself a favor. Find another limo company. And for heaven's sake, please do NOT pay in advance like I did. (I feel like an idiot). read more
