I think 2 stars are generous for what we dealt with. Limo arrived early-- good start.. Then everything went downhill. Our driver asked if our reservation showed that gratuity was included in which I said yes, and he said ohh hell no, we don't get any of that. So he wanted me to email him my reservation. Limo had dirty glasses, one without a base. The radio controls didn't work, the lighting controls didn't work, the partition controls didn't work, the air conditioning was not working, the door didn't open from the inside, and to top it off, the body work on the outside was atrocious. It was also missing a center cap on the wheel. So basically it was a bucket ass limousine but it is what it is and we were on our way. Made it about 20 minutes to the house and realized we were going about 30 mph on the freeway, pulled over and the car had died. Driver said that he had called the company and they were going to try to send out a suburban soon. I asked if he can make sure there is a child seat for my daughter which they said they can take care of it. I then called the number on my phone for Deluxe limousine and the owner answered in which he said he didn't know anything about this incident and he was going to get it taken care of. The driver then proceeds to tell me he quit today and I'm his last ride which I found was crazy unprofessional but whatever. We check out the limo to see what was wrong, check engine light was on, maintenance light was on, under the hood had parts missing, just a mess of a car. Suburban shows up about 50 minutes after we pull over. Child seat in tow except that you can't adjust the straps which basically makes it useless. The suburban also has a check engine light on, missing hubcaps, and also crappy body work on it. We get to our destination a hair later than we would have liked but we made it there and made it back home. The reason this isn't one star is because they discounted the ride but how could they not. All in all, I WOULD NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. read more

We booked with them back in February. We were told we would get a nice black party bus, but we got a 1990's white bus. The radio barely worked and it was clearly a run down bus. It broke down while we were at a bar and they sent a hummer limo. We all piled and packed in there on the way home. It was not a fun ride home at all. I complained and they comped the last hour and a half that we went over, but really that was not our fault. I was told if we booked with them again, we would get a discount. Well I went just now to book online and the price was $828, they then told me it would be $200 more because of peak season. They should have their system updated to reflect the correct pricing. They did not offer any special pricing or a discount. WE will not be using them again and I would suggest you make sure to get in writing what bus you will get. read more

Just used Deluxe and have had nothing less than a FULL 5-star experience from the first time I called and spoke to Moe, discussed what I needed, went over possible options and selected and paid for the package. I made what could have been a pretty costly mistake and Moe worked with me to straighten things out. Please do not support this company - they are shady and heartless. I was looking for a limo service to help me cross off a bucket list item for my beautiful Aunt who has ALS. I spoke with someone on the phone, and she was so nice and got me booked on my desired date and time. Soon after I received my confirmation email, I received a cancellation with the note "If this trip should not have been cancelled, please contact our office immediately." When I contacted the office, I was told that my reservation was cancelled by them because the staff person was told that my reservation time wasn't for long enough (the time frame she approved) and they had to save the limos IN CASE someone wanted it for prom. I asked the staff person if she let her boss know about my situation, and she had, but it didn't matter. Essentially, although I had a confirmed reservation, the company cancelled because they wanted to leave room to make more money off of a possible prom reservation - that may or may not ever happen. Aside from the reason I wanted to rent this limo, I am also a parent of a senior who will be going to prom in May. Please join me in not giving this company any money or business. read more

These guys did an amazing job helping us setup an executive chaffuer service to a surprise dinner party for our sister. They were willing to play along, pick her and her kids up, make a stop for a surprise gift, then drive to the restaurant. Both driver and organizer were very curtious, communicative, and flexible with same day changes. Driver also did a good job entertaining the kids. Overall we are very satisfied. read more

I don't recommend this for your party transportation needs. I hired this company for my wedding and spent over 2k for a party bus to take our family to the venue on our big day. When the party bus arrived it was scorching hot because the driver didn't have the AC on. According to him "some people don't like it" I don't know about y'all but anyone who's lived in Houston can't tell me they like a scorching hot car ride on your wedding day!! Also, after bringing it up to his attention he was super rude for the rest of the ride. Bluetooth did not work ever! And he was driving erratically on the way back from venue. Not to mention he dropped off my elderly parents and in laws 2 blocks away from the drop off point and again when it was brought up to his attention he just shrugged his shoulders!! I called and spoke to the manager and I have received no sort of refund or even a courtesy call back from the manager or owner up until today! This was two weeks ago! So beware and just go with another more profesional transportation company!!!!!!! Don't say I didn't warn you all read more

Very happy with the services provided!!! My initial contact was with Moe and he was very courteous and professional. He quickly made my reservation by phone with zero hassles. Our driver, Angel, was exceptional and professional. He arrived early for pickup. We went from Houston to Galveston for our vacation and we enjoyed the entire ride. We had great conversation with Angel and it made the ride go so quick. We had encountered a lot of heavy rain during the drive and despite the rain Angel got us to the cruise terminal early and safely. I would recommend Deluxe Limousine and the driver Angel to others. I was very lucky to have found Deluxe Limo the day before The Woodlands High School Homecoming. They had a cancellation for a 10-passenger stretch limo. Mo was very accommodating and assured me that their company ensures the safety of minors under their care. Suli was the driver and was punctual and extremely professional. The limo was very clean and was stocked with water and soda. He followed the itinerary I provided and even sent me text alerts when he was at designated stops. My son and his friends said Suli was "really cool" and had a fun time. I know I will book with Deluxe Limo again. Highly Recommended!!! read more
